TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I went to this Branch last Friday June 28 to do a transfer between my two business accounts and the clerk said that He is going to put a hold on my money for 5 business days. I asked him not to do this because the 2 accounts are mine and the 2 are at The same bank TD. He asked his supervisor Paulina Bardakji to void the hold but she refused to do it because she said they need to verify that there's enough money in the account. Again I explained her that the 2 accounts are mine and she can verify the balance immediately because are TD Bank accounts. She was totally negative and refused to give any options to help me. I can tell that she is not given any customer service. And if I will be more difficult I will asked her to do a draft cheque or a certified cheque and immediately deposited to my second account. I didn't have The Time to do all this. Now I'm running out of money in my second account and I have my money frozen because an employee that doesn't want to work is taking Care of customers. I will claim all the expenses and cost that will be charged to me because her incompetent employee. This is the last Time this happen because Im closing my accounts at TD bank.

Literally the best service I had between all other banks and branches. Depends who is helping you.

A friend referred me to Paulina. I must say it’s the best customer service I’ve seen for the last 4 years while I’m trying to find an agent to take care of my accounts. Her outstanding service, made me transfer all my accounts to her branch. Fast, sharp and great FUP.

The branch manager is so rude. She is insulting the people like her kids. Rita Bartevian deserve 1 star. She doesn’t fit to be manager.

Not satisfied with the level of customer service I received at Ste-Rose. Simple transactions are subject to lengthy delays due to all the rules and protocols they have to follow for fear of making a mistake. Highly bureaucratic and lack of communication between staff.You would be better served by going to another branch.

I was in the Sainte-Rose area running errands and I stopped by at this branch although my home branch is located elsewhere. I had issues with my access card and I had to make a few deposits. I was very warmly welcomed by Alessandro and I was given excellent service. In fact, Alessandro went above my expectation. He helped fix the issue with my card and also, he informed me about a personal line of credit which I was approved for!!! So happy that I can finally do my renovations at home... WOW. THANK YOU

I applied for over draft protection at the counter and the agent without asking for my consent he pulled a hard inquiry at 2019. Then i called the TD visa and they said we will start an inquiry and will let you know back and yet jan 2020 no news.

Most bank's are the same service but this one is special. The employees don't communicate and tell you whatever you want to hear then you get a nice surprise on your account and then they do nothing about it and say we told you so. Liars, thieves and lost.Save your time go to ANY other bank

Every transaction out of the usual day to day banking we have done through this branch in the last 4 years has been an ordeal and has required multiple visits. No one seems to be able to make ANY decision and phones are NEVER answered.Take a Xanax before going for anything other than a deposit or withdrawal and think twice before letting them take care of anything that is time sensitive. In our experience you have to give yourself an extra week. At least.

The tellers are very hypocrite. A lot of favoritism. You’re gonna wait in line and they will pass another customer from behind in front you. When you need further assistance they will say they can’t do it and won’t help you, although they can do so. I live near the Ste-Rose branch, but I’ll do an extra 10km to go to the TD on Le Carrefour & Curé-Labelle to do my banking. They will treat you way better than Ste rose !!
