RBC Royal Bank

Came to the bank to open a chequing account. No info desk. Waited 20 min to be told I need an advisor to open the account. There is no available advisor. In 2023, you need an appointment to open an account in the bank. Pitifull.

Slowest service ever. It took me more than an hour to get to the teller. They were not professional at all, took their own sweet time. I had 3 people ahead of me and 11 behind me. Can’t imagine the time it took for others.

Staff is friendly and professional. Have reached out to the financial advisors for investments and been guided to the best of my situation. Wait times are usually less and overall branch experience is nice.

I went to replace damaged $20 bill which was issued by RBC ATM. When I went to exchange it, Lori the staff who loads the ATM with these damaged notes told me she is the one who loads ATM and this note does not belong to them. When I presented the receipt of the transaction, looks like she did not like it, she got up and brought the new bill. Very unprofessional and not willing to help customer service. Lori, next time please be patient and be efficient. Negative Star.

5 counters only 1 clerk..no wonder they have 2.2 rating..there should also be 0 star rating... people are just waiting in line to be attended.. But yeah guess this is the new normal now!!

I went to this locations years ago and it was difficult to deal with the staff back and I am not surprised that nothing is changed.Everyone is walking around with fancy clothes seems knowledgeable but there is not standard procedure. Everyone make their own rules.I left RBC because of this branch and I thought let me try to see if it’s any better. Most recently I wanted to open my business account. Called RBC business line and no body returned my called for 10 days. I went to this branch since it’s close to my home and advisor wanted to clarify that business is still active even though I presented current tax return. She wanted activity report from me. She could have done right there in computer but no I have to do it myself.Ohh. Well I went back and did it and came back to branch and now other advisor wants 2 years tax return even though previous didn’t accept tax return at that time.Staff in the location needs a wake up call and make them aware that you are here to make customer’s life better not difficult.Never ever going back here

The financial adviser named Amandeep Brar is so cool and nice. She is so polite and I have a great experience with her.

Your staff should not be cold calling people from previous workplaces to offer banking services. We are disgusted.

Waited for 3 months to get my sons first bank card!!! Still no bank card. I called the number listed on google for the back and it got me to the automatic messenger that gives you the run around. I finally get to talk with someone and it's a call center out of another province .....what a joke. Done with you RBC I already moved my mortgage last year and now my families accounts. Shame
