Great place for your dry cleaning needs. The quality of service was great as it was as expected but it was the customer service that puts this business over the top. The lady whose name I forgot when I dropped off and picked up my jacket really made me feel like a valued customer and not just another person walking through the doors. This was my first time there and I will definitely use them again.

BEWARE OF WEDDING TAX. I approached tower cleaners with a very simple, hardly soiled dress that happened to be white. Without even assessing the condition or fabric of the dress, the front desk personnel jumped right to a set price list where a wedding dress costs $298 but a grad dress only costs $98. Again, my dress is very simple and fitted, no huge skirt, no beadwork, and was purchased for only $500!!!When I asked about the cleaning process and what makes such a price difference (because she assumed my dress is for a wedding rather than a graduation ceremony) the front desk personnel said she had zero knowledge of the cleaning process because she never worked in the warehouse"
