We are finishing our basement and Clover Plumbing was hired by our contractors to install the plumbing for the renovation, including moving existing rough-ins for a new full bathroom. My husband and I moved into our house in the summer, and this fall/winter was our first experience with a boiler… which very quickly turned into a nightmare when we discovered how much work it needed to get it functioning properly.. and multiple leaks around the house.My friend recommended us to David after we had multiple other companies out, all of which recommended a new boiler & could not fix the issues. My Lennox furnace stopped working so I called a large reputable Plumbing company, thinking that a bigger company would have quality knowledgeable service reps. When I'm paying for their time, I like to know I have someone that can diagnose & fix a problem in a timely manner.They sent someone over who spent 4 hours trying to fix it; between troubleshooting, calling for assistance, running out to get a new part and installing it, I still had no heat.I gave up on them and called Clover Plumbing & Heating. After describing the issue on the phone with David, he instantly diagnosed the problem within 1 minute over the phone. I felt complete confidence that he knew exactly what he was talking about and asked him to come over. We had such an amazing experience with David from Clover Plumbing and Heating. Previously we have had three other plumbing companies come in to check our furnice and each one of them told us that we needed a new furnace immediately. I'm glad that we decided to get one more opinion. David found the problem right away and was able to fix it, and advised us against replacing our furnace, which is still in great condition. Clover Plumbing and Heating LTD, was recommended to me and I'm glad I made the call. We had an unexpected leak in our furnace room, and when I called, I spoke with David Martin, the owner. He was very good natured and courteous, and provided a reasonable time frame, as well as a general idea of his rates. I also appreciated that David was very punctual, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. David was careful about pinpointing the leak, and after explaining the problem and cause of the leak. He worked expeditiously to fix the problem, cleaned up, and was kind enough to replace our furnace filters when he noticed they were a bit clogged! Also, despite it being a weekend and outside of regular hours, the price for the repair was great! Thank you David and Clover Plumbing and Heating. David fitted our house with a gas line for the installation of a new gas range and installed a new dishwasher for us. Estimate/quote to final clean-up after both installations was a total of 10 days - quick and efficient. He dealt with the permit for the gas line and with all issues with the city surrounding the inspection of the line. He was on time, professional, and provided excellent customer service and high quality of work. I highly recommend Clover Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use David for all future service.
