no customer service - terrible product- doors broke in under a year- told me to take the shed down and return to home depot- doors broke on the same spot at the hinge on both doors. terrible quality

0 customer help, need replacement parts and only way is pay pal and shipping. will not allow me to walk in and buy spare parts. too many hoops. waste of a shelf.

Absolutely sloths and zero consideration. I have called over 2 dozen times within a year and not once has anyone ever picked up the phone or responded to an email. Oh, and their product is cheap too.

Terrible customer service have called 5 times requesting a new hinge part for shed and it's been 3 months and nothing yet. They keep saying they will send and sorry nobody looked at my request and still haven't recieved anything. Super frustrating and will not buy their products anymore I hope you do the same.

Worst Customer Service I have EVER had! I just tried to order a couple shocks for my outdoor storage box. Canada Customer service agent was incredibly RUDE, UNHELPFUL, and Arrogant!! I called twice, first time I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told one would contact me, they never did! Called back a few days later got the same Nightmare" Customer Service Agent...same experience...BRUTAL!! Due to this reason AND that there shocks FAIL

Got a rio 3 piece set as a gift. The flimsiest piece of plastic I've built in awhile. The chair parts barely fit together properly and I've broken all the little tabs just trying to get it to sit together. It does NOT need to have the portion underneath the seat as that doesn't fit at all and I've broken the whole piece in half (picture is second part that's partially broken) just trying to fit it together and adjust it (the tabs are flimsy and get stuck before you even push it in). Would NOT recommend buying this set as it is total garbage and the material is cheap as hell. ALSO, incredibly uncomfortable as the plastic is extremely rigid and will not flex, it feels like you're sitting on a rock

I have been trying to get repacement parts for a Keter shed purchased in October 2021 and the very first piece in the assembly was oversized leaving me stalled and unable to complete the assembly. I was told I would receive these parts in 5-10 days. When these didn't arrive the update was then revised to the end of December. Still no parts received in January as only one of the two parts would be another 6 weeks. We'll now it's March and the part not available in January is available but the other part (which they had in January) is not valuable and yes it will be 3 more months now. I will NEVER purchase another Keter product again and share with everyone I know that this is the worst experience I have every had with a company. If Google review allowed no stars this would be my rating. One more note to add every time I called Keter I was disconnected and it took several attempts to get anyone.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Called and left several messages and emailed this company for the last cpl months and these useless ppl don't answer the phone or respond to any messaging. Need a hinge that broke on my shed door. How difficult can it be to respond back to your customers. Home depot Lowes and Canadian Tire should stop dealing with this company because they are very unreliable and useless.

Wish i could give 0 rating. Customer service is very rude. Had to go through so much trouble to file a missing part claim. Finally after 3 weeks they tell me the part is unavailable. A big inconvenience. Now i have to return the storage bin to the retailer after putting it together just to find out the lid was missing a corner piece. Product is made very cheap too. Save the hassle and don’t purchase Keter

order a deck bin. took weeks to arrive and when I opened the box the 14 fasteners were missing. Called custom services and it would take a minimum of 4-6 weeks for the fasteners to arrive and that's only if they are able to get them. Now I have to return the giant box somehow to home depot. Will not purchase from Keter again.
