Our family will miss Dr. Merth as he was the most caring, kind Doctor we have ever had the pleasure dealing with, our sincere Congrats on his retirement!

Incompetent office. Just recieved a phonecall today, (Sep 21, 2022) from the secretary claiming I have an outstanding invoice of $80 from back in October of 2018. Which I clearly remember giving a cheque for, I haven't once recieved a phonecall, letter or anything of the sorts regarding this. Not once was this balance mentioned to me in any of my other visits, including in 2020 where I had to get my physical exam for my driver's medical, which I had to again pay up front. How an office figures they can call 4 years later stating you owe them money is BEYOND my understandingNot even going to touch on the fact that it is near impossible to get an appointment for anything..

Dropped me as a client because I am young and don't visit often. This was very inconvenient as I needed a prescription that was vital to my health. I was forced to use a walk-in clinic which is problematic for a young person who works full time. I am happy Dr. Merth has retired, but the new staff at this facility treated me in a capacity that was inhumane, and made me feel deplorable. I have been using Dr. Merth for over 10 years. This made me feel expendable.

Horrible Horrible Management and staff!! I definitely feel so bad for Dr.Girgis The manager and stage staff need a lot of work they are all over the place. They don’t call to confirm, I was in a other city and drove 2 hours to my appointment to find out that the Dr was not going to be in but they didn’t call to let me know. I will definitely NOT recommend that office Dr Girgis is great but he needs better a better Manager n staff l!!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and I have always been looked after so well.

They will reschedule your Appointment without consulting it with the patient, don't event care if its not working with your schedule, or that you might have taken a day off work just to come and see a Dr. because you waited 2 months for it.. ridiculous, careless and unprofessional way to treat patients.

Dr Merth is a kind and attentive dr.

Don’t go here, go anywhere else. Such a waste of time. Find a doctor that actually cares about your well-being. Dr Kelly is one of the most dismissive doctors I have ever encountered, and my entire family would also attest to this as all 5 of us have had similar experiences under his “care”. He’s way too quick to write a prescription for every little thing, not even bothering to understand the patient’s condition. I was suffering from cystic acne that made my self confidence plummet. When I asked to see a dermatologist, Dr Kelly refused to give me a referral and instead prescribed me a cream that caused me physical pain. When I returned and asked again to see a derm, informing him of my reaction to the medication, he told me again that he would not refer me as “derms are for serious skin conditions” and instead prescribed me another topical cream. I soon switched doctors and when I brought this up, she was astonished by the lack of professionalism and wrote me a referral on the spot. Highly suggest not wasting your time here.

Dr. Carkner has been my family doctor for decades. He's great - very knowledgeable, and keeps himself up to date. The new location inside the Superstore is very convenient since there's piles of parking available.

Too long of a wait. I always make my appointments in advance and show up at least ten minutes early just in case. When I had my appoinment, I had to wait an hour AFTER my designated appointment time. Also, the receptionists are very rude. Asking when my Doc will see me after just gets me no response from the receptionists.
