We went just for tubing and the hill was above our expectations. We had luck the tubing was not crowded, because waiting on the cold and wind would be a hard job! Awesome for groups!

Unprofessional staff, had an accident because of untrained staff. Not recommended at all!Better to not go there and put yourself or your family at risk

Worst I ever went to!!!Paid $169 for 2 kids and 1 adult, way overpriced for this place! Hills are terrible!! Personal is very rude at the bottom of the Hills And at the top they don't wait till people move at the bottom. Very disorganized! Not worth the money ((

We came here for the annual Polar Rush obstacle run event. OMG so much snow this year, made my movement very hard (actually dying in the beginning!!) It is fun for people like staying outside in the winter :)

Amazing experience, a must visit place during winters . Fantastic location, organization, kind staff, we had a great time with Family! Fun activity for a cheap price! Went on a weekday late afternoon and there weren’t a lot of people so not many line ups.

Super expensive, and super long lines.I recently went here, and only 2 of 4 tubing lanes were open, hence a huge line to tube. I asked they employees why - and it wasn't the weather - it was because they didn't have enough black mats to slow you down at the end of the lane. What a joke!I was there for 3 hours (the maximum) and I got 5 turns of tubing. The line was worse than for most rollercoasters in Six Flags!I requested a refund (at least partial) but was refused. I even suggested I buy a new ticket and they refund me the first one (or they give me a free ticket for another day). They are unwilling to compensate in any way. Make sure you buy with your credit card so you can force a chargeback! The reason for the long line was 100 % on the company. Bad experience

When you pay 50 CAD for tubing you expect more than only a steep hill covered with snow. 30 mins searching for parking spot and 30 mins line up for each round you want to go tubing , in a 3 hours ticket you will get 5-6 rounds max.Staff are amazing, 5 stars for them.

Amazing place 1hour 30 min away from Toronto, ideal when a ski beginner. Fantastic location, organization, kind staff, we had a great time with Family and Friends!!

Tubing here is fun if you are in a groupe of at least 3 persons, the biger youe group is the more fun kt will be, but i’m so disappointed as the queues are too busy and only two persons are working in the whole 10 lanes so the waiting time will be even more and it’s windy so you will be freezes, it’s weekend though so maybe its less busy during the weekdays.

If you are going here for snow tubing after reading the blogTo review which claims it to be longest snow tubing hill, it's not, the first thing you realize after reaching here that you have been cheated. The tube only comes until half of the hill to what they posted in the picture. And to add to our misery they sell more than 200 tickets for a 3 hour slot with just one lift going up, which creates big line up, so it takes 10-15 minute to go up, once you are up there, you are again stuck in another line, because in 4 lanes, there are only 2 guys to send you down, which again wastes your another 5 minutes, and to our surprise the slide just lasts for 20 seconds, so basically in your 3 hour slot, if you are continuously doing it, it becomes more hassle than fun. In our 3 hours window we were in the slide on about 3 minutes at max, rest were mostly in queue. I have been to Brampton snow tubing before and thought of paying more and going farther just in the impression of it being longer ride and less crowded, and it turned out Brampton was far more fun, but it's neither worth the price nor worth the ride driving so far from GTA. A total waste of your money and time.
