Four Seasons Rv

From the moment we walked in we were treated with the utmost respect. Greeted by Martin in sales and he helped us immediately. There was absolutely no pressure, and he patiently answered all of my many questions, even pointed out and explained things i did not understand. We purchased a tent trailer at a wonderfully fair price. The aftercare so far has been just as excellent as the sale. After researching everything i could about my new tent trailer, i naturally had more questions. Brendan in service spoke with me on the phone for a little more than 35 minutes answering questions and explaining the different working parts on the trailer. No pressure, professional and courteous staff is the only experience I've had here. Looking forward to trading up in a few plus years. I will go straight to Can Am. Thanks to all that continue to assist!!

Front counter staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful

No pressure to buy (which we like) and super friendly staff. We ended buying here and they gave us an amazing price for our trade in. Dealing with staff here is like dealing with family (family that you like!). A few things came up in our walk through when picking up our rig and they didn’t hesitate to make it right! IWe would highly recommend CanAm RV and we would definitely buy from them again.

I needed to write a review because I can't Express how happy I am with the service. I dealt with Brendan in the service department today and not only was he professional but delivered service in a quick effect manner, he immediately was able to diagnose the problem out and had the problem fixed within no time. I'm extremely pleased with the service and will continue to bring my trailer Can Am Rv whenever I I require assistance. If only every other business followed their model when it comes to customer service and pricing!

The sales service were simply amazing. This young and lady worked extra time and drove around the lot showing us products even if it was raining outside ! She knew what she was talking about and was very honest.-1 Star is because they didn't have what I was looking for. Teardrop trailer are very popular. I don't understand why big dealership like this one doesn't have any options under 2500 pounds.I would still recommend this place.

Bought a new trailer from Can Am 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems. First they thought they could charge me an extra $5000.00 on financing that I caught them on (wonder how many other people that happened too). Then have had issues with unit being fixed for the past 3 years. Inside of unit took them 2 years to fix when they said they completed the services the first time. Then outer part of exterior wall has issues that is currently in the shop to be fixed because it only took 3 years of me messaging Forest River. Can Am is incapable of contacting the manufacturer to resolve major issues. Nothing but a complete run around. I do not recommend anyone to buy a unit from them. Customer service is horrible....watch out people!

Have had really good service from everyone so far, sales etc very professional and friendly.

Twice I have been here. Always good service. The one lady even loaned us her car for us to go get lunch. And when it was decided that or rv fridge was done we didn't get a story and a sell job. We were told a fact to replace it. Many places would have tried to snow ball us on a repair job. Brendan is a young man in the service bay who was way more than helpful and polite. Good job people

Came to look for a travelling trailer. Got the feeling that the team inside the store was not really happy to see customers coming in. When the salesman couldn't find what we are looking for in his inventory, he even haven't suggested for something similar to show us. All of this took approximately 2 minutes, which were a total waste of our time.Gladly, when visiting other places, we got much better service. So this experience was one of a kind..

Had a great experience purchasing our trailer from here. Our salesman was Chris and he was awesome... but really there wasn’t a single person working there that wasn’t friendly and helpful!We had a problem after hours and someone got back to us right away as well as again the next morning to make sure problem was solved.Would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer!
