Bon-elect is truly a customer service oriented company. The job at my property is small. Bonard took the time to assess the situation, explained his plan to me and gave me a quote then send his electrician Johnny to complete the job 2 weeks later. The whole experience was pain free. He is truly focusing on customer's well being. Johnny did a fantastic job to rewire the light switches in 2 rooms and installed the ceiling lights, installed a brand new outlet on the exterior of the house, also replaced a wall heater which was added on the spot while he was there. He called in ordered a new heater, had it delivered and installed on the same day. I was very impressed with the team, their efficiency, communication, professionalism, and superior customer service. They make you feel you are the only customer in front of them. I will recommand them to anyone. Well done, keep up the good work Bon-elect!!
