i misheard her while ordering and she was quick to cut me off word for word: “i said inside or take out-“ (practically yelling and in a very annoyed tone and look.). as someone who has worked in customer service and food industry i’ve always been understanding of employees and the possibilities of them having a bad day but this girl specifically was outright just so disrespectful, yelling, rolling her eyes and laughing along the other two girls she was working with clearly towards at us as they kept glancing and quite literally giving the dirtiest look because i made it obvious i was not pleased with the service they were giving. (did not confront nor gave them the attitude back. the look on my face was enough for them to know.) like we were a mockery. not only this, she acted as if she didn’t even want to touch the paper bag and tossed it. i wanted to see what their names were but NONE had name tags which says a lot. i have encountered other people working who clearly have been having a bad day, i was always quick to dismiss the small attitude because i understand, but i have never felt and been this disrespected by an employee until this one. one thing you should never do is take it out on customers. i have also never made this much of a descriptive review in google, or just a review in general but i just felt the need to for this specific situation. it’s just the kind of circumstance where it ruins your day. no words at all, just so mean and nasty.

So when I went in I got a beef and cheese burrito, a mex fries poutine and quesadillas. The quesadillas were my favourite, but the rest I’m kinda disappointed because the fries you don’t get a lot and the burrito is over seasoned in my opinion but besides that the customer service is really good the old lady working there was amazing

Staff is terribly rude and wouldn’t give me a deal that was literally on their menu sign. Charged me the price of the deal. And didn’t give me the food for it. Incredibly terrible service.

How pathetic that they now want to charge for a glass of tap water!!! Rude service, with a definite language barrier, but still had navigate our way through the tip options. At the end of it all, they got our order wrong!!! We’ll never go back to that miserable place!!!

I ask for a certain amount of sauce and old lady manager always tells me she’s gonna give me less. I didn’t ask for a crazy amount just one per taco. Sauce is always water down.

All I can say is. Total rip off. Over 3 dollars for one tiny taco is insane.

The older lady taking orders constantly argues and hassle us when we ask for the mall discount that they have always offered. Only gave us a 5% discount instead of 10% also walked away from serving another customer to tell me I could only have 2 hot sauces when I ordered 3 items and it’s 1 hot sauce per item. Very bad customer service and the staff is generally rude. Better places in the food court to eat at.

Horrible costumer service march 17, 6:30 pm. The girl who was taking order wasn’t even interested to take the order, secondly she took wrong order and than she admitted her mistake but still arguing with us. Very disrespectful behaviour

Stopped in for a quick bite prior to shopping. Prices not reasonable enough yet they wanted a tip? For what. Someone who couldn’t even speak our language, didn’t even smile or thank us for our business plus extra AGAIN for tap water??? Cmon people.
