There isn't enough good things which can be said about Prosia Total Health and the care they provide. The reception staff is organized and friendly, and the environment of the clinic is warm and welcoming! The expertise of Dr. Lou and Dr.Lucas is not unnoticed as they both consistently go out of their way to ensure all patients get the best quality treatment in a timely manner. In specific Dr.Lucas created extra time to treat a family member of mine so that he could return to work feeling optimal after sustaining a work related injury. This is just a mere example of the level of the exemplary patient care that is provided routinely! An excellent clinic which keeps patient centered care at the forefront of their practice!

When you walk in the front door you are promptly and warmly welcomed. The team atmosphere within the clinic is unreal. When you are at Prosia Total Health you truly feel like you are part of the family. If you’re looking for a caring environment to heal this is it!

I’ve been going to Dr Lou for my back and neck adjustments for a few years now and right from the get he made me feel comfortable and not at all worried about having someone manipulate my neck in a sharp fashion ;). I was a little nervous at the thought of having my neck adjust but Dr Lou is knowledgeable and calm and, because he follows the best practices in his field, he was able to set my mind at ease.I’ve also been to see Christina upstairs for physio for a couple of my various injuries. I’ve always found Christina to be knowledgeable and friendly and, while the exercises don’t always feel great in the moment, they really do help a ton to aid in healing, pain reduction, and mobility.Additionally, everyone at Prosia is friendly and willing to work with you as best they can. I never feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone when I call in to book appointments or ask questions.All around a great experience!

I've been seeing Dr. Prosia for my chiropractic treatment for several years now, and he's been amazing. His son Lucas recently joined the team and has been taking care of me as well, and I cannot stress enough how good of a job he does. Whether it's for regular maintenance or an injury, they are always my first choice.

I was hurt at work in October of 2019. I lived out of town at the time, and was seen by a Chiropractor and physio therapist.It wasn't until the fall of 2021 that Dr. Lou Prosia was recommended to me. What an amazing and truly wonderful experience. I had injured my back and was seen right away. Dr. Prosia developed my treatment plan and quickly delivered the services. So convenient all services located right on sight. I am so thankful I have regained my mobility and have added a great rehabilitative team for any future injuries. I had been experiencing issues with my neck for quite some time. I had put visiting a chiropractor off for far too long. I literally had to turn my whole body to look over my shoulder and had a fair bit of pain and tension there as well. My friend recommended Dr. Prosia and I first saw him in February of this year. He ordered x-rays and told me that I had two rotated cervical vertebrae, and that some of the cartilage in my neck had worn away. I had osteoarthritis, hence the pain and the severely limited range of motion I’d been experiencing.Consequently, at first I was a little apprehensive. My neck felt so fragile. I felt hesitant about being adjusted and wondered what improvement, if any, I might expect. Still, I decided to go ahead with the treatments. Happily, Lou was able to give me near-immediate relief. Over the months, he has patiently, and with great care, gradually and painlessly helped me get a greater range of mobility back into my neck. The pain is basically gone as is a great deal of the stiffness. I continue to improve, and the plan is to start laser treatments to restore the cartilage in my neck.I’ve already experienced the benefits of cold laser therapy. During one of my adjustments, I happened to mention that I’d broken my wrist about a year before and that I still had a lot of pain and lack of mobility. I was surprised when he took my hand and casually did some sort of manipulation. It was such a brief action, and yet it gave me so much relief. My wrist hadn’t felt that good since before I broke it. He then applied the laser treatment and I can’t tell you how wonderful it felt. He did this for a few treatments, and I’m now able to put weight back on my wrist, which I hadn’t been able to do since I broke it at the end of 2019.Lou is an excellent chiropractor, highly skilled and intuitive when it comes to chiropractic adjustments. He is an equally good communicator, explaining what needs to be done and why. Just as important, he’s also very caring and positive, which I believe is extremely important in a health care provider. I can’t recommend him enough. Since going to him, I’ve been able to start exercising more regularly. It’s given me a new lease on life.

Dr. Lucas is absolutely top notch! I came in after not seeing a chiro in years and he fixed me up extremely well! I had a lot of shoulder, trap, upper back and neck pain and he got me back to feeling my best. Truly a great program and great institute they have down at Prosia Total Health! 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an honest and well versed chiropractor!
