Economy appliances

I have had warranty service calls, out of warranty service calls, and just parts purchases from Economy Appliances. Very good at what they do. Always helpful and very reasonable rates and parts prices.

Frontline healthcare worker here.My family's 4 month old GE oven broke down April 14th 2021, during the Covid pandemic. This is our primary item for cooking meals (we do not own a microwave or have a BBQ), a young family (spouse is an RN)...with a 2 year old daughter.We placed service requisition with GE and they forwarded it to this company, service Date April 21st...the day comes silence...I call the company they give me a day for April 28th.April 27th comes, the company calls...and state the cannot come to look at our oven due to Covid.Now, we have no means of cooking for one another or our 2 year old.We were willing to leave our house to get this repaired; and still were told no. This oven/stove is essential to us. We are brave, Economy appliance are cowards, telling me to be resourceful and find ways to feed my family with no stove. Even Dr.Strang saying essential appliance repair is allowed in his April 28th address 28:00 min time stamp.Thanks for nothing Economy appliance.

Excellent to deal with; knowledgeable, pleasant and recommended the correct part so that I could repair my dryer.

Was transferred to their number by Geek Squad to book a repair appointment, ended up being outside my service area but they transferred my call there, however the lady on the phone was being short and quite rude for no reason

They changed Samsung for work they did not do. Would not recommend them he lied to my face .
