While this factory is cleaner than any other one I've seen, middle management and employee retention is horrible! They often hire temporary people with the promise of being hired only to let them go with a sorry excuse!

This place is awesome to work at. All the workers respect each other.

drivers can’t back up on the dock because of the rocks this company put at there back side of the building in-front of international nutrient technologies. It seems they don’t care about drivers even if they damage there trucks while hitting those rocks. poor service and need to check on this.

The biggest lazy at work in this place is shopping and recieving. We wait for hours while they are sitting and playing and they have nothing but lying

Worked there as a temp. First of all, there was a lot of work to be done in an unreasonable amount of time especially for the money they are offering. I've been to other factories that paid way more for way less work. Second of all they assigned me a trainer that barely spoke english and had only worked there a few months. It was very difficult to catch on because of the language barrier and the supervisor was not willing to assign me to different trainer even though there was someone who had worked there for over 10 years who could explain the processes with ease and clarity and was more than willing to train me. In fact, he helped me understand when my actual trainer wasn't looking to avoid offending her. On my second week, they had me work alone due to lack of people on our line in attendance even though they clearly said I had one more week of training before I would go solo. Obviously in my position, I wasn't as fast as their numbers were demanding and on the same day that they made me work alone for the first time, they let me go, before last break. Seriously? Couldn't even wait until the end of the full 8 hours? They were short on people and they felt the need to let me go, with already a shortage of people, even though I was released from training a week early? So management was terrible to say the least. I was 20-30 minutes early for every shift and they didn't care about that... They gave me a terrible excuse, we have enough temps." The next day

Pathetic magna still claims in world class.. yes world class slave market.Magna where Labour laws are optional.Entire disregard for well being of staff.Ignorant staffing management especially HR.
