Horrible customer service. Bought a reverse camera for my F150 21/2 years ago. Problems from the start. Has been in and out of their shop. Camera was replaced and not installed properly. Called back for 6 months and went in complaining and I get the runaround.They need to get organized and focus on customer service!!!

They ordered rain guards for my family members car. They were there in 2 days, a name brand, and a competitive price.

Top notch service - Dropped my vehicle off for a 'squeeze in type appointment and then let the guys know I needed the vehicle earlier due to a change in schedule. Despite being double booked

Willing to buy a product they recommend , they stopped selling the same product a couple of months after I had it installed, not willing to fix defective item, told me there installer left and was not there responsibility to try elsewhere . Tried a different one in Kingston via the phone they passed it off because they didn't sell the item to me at time more or less said sorry about your luck. Have been trying to resolve this issue for a few years and now they say it's passed any warranty anyway. I waisted almost $500.00 a aniversary gift for my wife at the time. I wouldn't darken the door steps of this company,I give them 1 star because they got me like a telemarketer, congratulations to them for this 1 time rip off sale.

After shopping for after market accessories online I called Auto Add-Ons. I spoke to Bob and gave him the list of items I wanted for my truck. He not only got all the parts for my truck but gave me a better price than what I found online. The parts arrived on time and was installed professionally at very compatible prices. Great place to deal with. Good customer service. If there is a problem they will make it right. I got a truck cap, color matched to my truck. Floor mats and window guards. Good pricing.

Good people, they installed a trailer hitch for me, did a nice clean prof install. Went to pick it up and was informed it went faster than expected and cut the quoted labour in half, super impressed, thanks!

When I called and asked for a trailer hitch for my car 2020 Nissan qushqu the lady told me that it has no light connection. I thought I could buy that later and my trailer has portable like lights.I got the trailer hitch put on.Then I was looking for someone to put lights on my car so I can connect my trailer lights.After calling around someone finally explained to me that my car is not designed to pull anything never mind a trailer.Therefore I am very disappointed that ADDONSDidn’t explain to me why I can’t have a trailer hitch , instead of just letting me know about the lights.Now I have trailer hitch I can’t use because it is not save

The place is pretty busy, so it's kinda hard to catch them on the phone. I went there to get a quote for a set of rims and tires. Boby was very attentive and talked through all my questions professionally. Eventually i decided to keep the rims that I have, and just made an appointment to change tires to on my existing rims for now. The guys did a sloppy job, and chipped one of my OEM Volkswagen rims, which can't be fixed, so I didn't even bother to call and tell them. I won't be coming back, simply, because I'm not gonna take the chance of ordering a whole new set, and these guys will damage it.
