I contacted Q & A Electric shortly after hurricane Fiona hit Nova Scotia, the very worst time to reach out to an electrician in this province. However, Michel got back to me very quickly to discuss my needs. I wanted to add a Generlink to my house so I had an easy way to connect my generator to my panel during a storm. Michel was extremely helpful but, try as we might neither of us could find a Generlink for sale anywhere in Nova Scotia, or Canada, for that matter. However, Michel never stopped checking for alternatives or gathering more data to make sure that Generlink was the best solution. For the time being, I have put in an order for a Generlink which should arrive in January or February. Q & A will definitely be the company installing it.
