This cool bar is definitely worth checking out. The elegant decor, cozy atmosphere, professional and friendly staff, talented bartenders and delicious food make for an unforgettable experience. Each drink was expertly crafted with care and attention to detail. If you're not sure what to order, the staff is more than happy to recommend something or even surprise you with a unique creation.I highly recommend giving it a try!

My partner and I randomly stopped by Watson’s on a late Wednesday night! Luckily the kitchen was still serving food. The atmosphere can be quite romantic. Lighting was very dimmed (almost too dark) the decor is simple and subtle. The place was also quite empty. Staff was really friendly and attentive; cocktails were pretty good and we really enjoyed the grilled octopus and oysters.

Drinks were delicious! Great variety of nonstandard cocktails with unique flavor combinations. Great whiskey selection for a neat pour, too. If you're looking for something more advanced than a basic cocktails, I would highly recommend this place! Food was delicious; only ding was the limited menu. However, everything we are here was excellently made.

The drinks were expertly crafted, and the service was good. The food however isn't on par with the high quality of the drinks in my opinion. The quality was average. I felt like my quesadillas were microwaved, as the chicken inside was not very warm and the tortilla was a tad soggy.Definitely will come back for the cocktails and the atmosphere, though! I got the forbidden lady and the barmaid and they were totally amazing.

A man with the name Gamzu coined the phrase ‘Diamonds are forever.’ For better or worse (socially speaking), diamonds are, as an element; rare, strong and solid. So is Watson’s.Whomever said this is a ‘wannabe cocktail bar’ is looking to impress a date by gaining ‘power’ or ‘hipness’ by going down a dark alley or entering a bar through a phone booth - pretending to be ‘in the know’ - but really paying too much! This place is the diamond right in front of your eyes… easily accessible with Great drinks and (capital A) Amazing food.Try it one night, and enjoy.Oh, and the staff is super cool to boot!

Very chill evening experience on a Sunday. The drinks were crafted with care. Spent a couple of hours here and tried all but one drink which they ran out of ingredients to make the last one. I enjoy fruity beverages so the holy water is delicious and has a summer feel. It is really smooth. The Soho Garden is amazing if you enjoy citrus beverages. The anthropologist is also a great choice.

We’ve walked by this place a few times and it looks so nice inside so we decided to give it try. The ambiance is initially is nice, but once you look around, some of the decor is a bit random. The lighting was nice and music wasn’t too loud. It seems like a fancy place, but then at the back, there’s a guy cooking the food in what looks like a food truck. We didn’t eat there as we only went for a drink. The cocktail I had was pretty good. We had sat at the bar. The bartender was nice enough but not really engaging.

I’ve come here a couple of times and it’s a nice spot for drinks with friends or a date!On wednesdays they have live music! The cocktails are unique and priced pretty standard. The music here is also great. The only reason why I gave this 4/5 is that the food is a tad on the expensive side given the portion and quality and that when it’s busy, service can be a bit slow.Definitely try to book a reservation beforehand if you can!!I also think it’s a bit too bright for the vibe they’re going for, but the staff are all super friendly and nice! They come to chat with you if they’ve got time which I love.

Watson’s seemed very promising but, we left underwhelmed. The ambiance was cool - no doubt - but, it’s like someone took the bar from a “decent” club and added a few extra tables around it.The beer selection was fairly basic yet, they were already out of some common options on a Friday night at 9:30 pm. Also, the cocktails were not as memorable as they looked, even though they were mixed using “good” spirits and therefore pricey. We all ordered a couple of tacos each and, honestly, they were all tasty, but far from satisfying. Again, it’s like someone put a griddle to the side of the bar and call it a kitchen.Overall, it’s overpriced given the limited options, portions sizes and quality in general.UPDATE: The picture with branded glassware was a mistake so, it was removed; but, the one with the tacos is 100% from Watson’s.
