Great family run business from Lew all the way down to his grandson who washed my car when it was finished. Only had minor damage, however when they were finished it was better than new. I would give more stars if they were available.

Great work on my vehicle, looks just like new after a full frontal repair, on top of another repair in the works. Lew is affordable and reliant, gives you multiple options and views. His rates are great and he's always willing to try to work with you. Has matched or lowered my other quotes, and I know his craftsmanship is top notch based on previous seamless work.. He's definitely my go to guy for opinions and best options, despite I live out of town, he's worth traveling to.

Very knowledgeable and professional staff, really made me feel good about having my vehicle fixed by them. Ya know how sometimes when you go to a mechanic shop and you get the feeling they're screwing you over? That's not this place. Highly recommend going here.

Here's the deal....I can't rate them for their service because nobody from this company has ever reached back out to us.We made a claim through Intact (Nov 2021) and they have been waiting for about 6 weeks to receive an appraisal.To me, this is the worst display of customer service. My wife has tried multiple times to get an update..... crickets is all we get.I don't want to deal with them now. We're requesting another shop to handle this insurance claim.☆☆☆ UPDATE 3/29 - our vehicle was taken to Fix Auto Collision in Stirling and the process was seamless.

these people always returned my call on time and had amazing service and fixed my car in no time with an amazing outcum. this family business is so sweet and amazing it just gives me the warm and fuzzys. my demands were fixed in no time I almost didn't realize my automobile was gone they were so fast and amazing when there job was done<3
