I went to talk to the store manager named Hugh on 34th Ave. in Edmonton about a badly placed TV done by **** buy. He was very kind and told me he would see what he could do about raising the TV on the wall. He called me less than a half hour later and made me an great offer to have someone come do it. I accepted and was/am extremely grateful. This place will definitely be getting all of my future business. Head office really needs to know how well this manager does with his customers. And before anyone has anything negative to say, I just want to say that stores have managers, not GOD. Sometimes managers hands are tied and there truly is nothing they can do. Best prices in town! Make sure to check out this store before going to Best Buy and the other big box stores! Staff is knowledgeable and efficient! Helped me load the TV into my car too. Will definitely be back for my future electronic needs

First time shopping here, staff are very attentive, as soon as I entered someone asked me what I was looking for and directed me to the spot ... I came in looking for a certain model of a certain gadget , the staff convinced me there was a better one for not too much more $. Ended up picking it up. Also got the option of financing part of the purchase at no extra cost or interest. Definitely was a good experience!

I went to vision to buy a laptop and Chromebook for my daughter. Allen helped me find what I wanted and made sure it meets my budget. It was very good experience. Allen is very knowledgeable and had an awesome friendly attitude.

I can say I have never had the best luck with electronics, I still have a 42” RCA from 2013. The staff here are always super helpful in decided what kind of equipment I need and truly value customer loyalty. If you take all you electronics needs here you won’t regret it.

Emanuel has been tgere in sales for years. Knows his brands, is honest & professional. Buy the extended waranty if you don't use it you get a credit you apply for when oeriod enfs. No claims. It's been great over the years for us. Didn't know they started sellimg appliances a few years ago. Just bought some.

Dealt with Mike in the car audio department. He helped find the best speakers and subwoofer for my application. Definitely a great experience with knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend for any car audio equipment.

Awful, go to any other Visions location over this one. I like Visions as a whole but this location has absolutely useless staff. They tried to sell me an open box item for more than what I bought the same brand new item at the St. Albert location. Go anywhere else but the south side location. Again, Visions as a whole is a decent chain, just this store. Awful, wish I could give it 0 stars between the annoyance of driving around and anger inducing staff interaction.Avoid.

I purchased a store system for my limousine and it’s been a great experience!! Sounds great and even a customer pushed one of the bottom which all the sounds appeared to the front and went back, Mike fixed without any questions asked!! Great place to shop..
