Well stocked with clean atmosphere

Was in there today about 1pm. One of the employees (white blonde female) was furious about having to work later than anticipated. I was in the store about 30 min and that entire time she was very loudly complaining and the language. My goodness. Every profanity you can imagine. You could hear her through the entire store. A couple women with their kids actually avoiding the aisles she was stocking shelves in as the behaviour and language wasn't appropriate for the street let alone an employee in a store. I like this store, and I sympathize with finding out last minute about a shift adjustment, but this.. this is grounds for termination. If an employee feels the need to take a toddler tantrum, and can't control her language she should not work with the public.

Staff not wearing masks properly and customers with no mask. Just recently visited this location and the woman claiming to be the manager was wearing her mask below her chin. When I pointed out that it's not an effective way to wear the mask she responded that she was too hot to wear it properly. In addition young customers were entering the store with no mask at all.Don't shop at this location.

The new girl, blonde with pink ends and glasses, is amazing! For her first day she has been doing great, especially without help from management on training. I hope management steps in and helps her as I know how stressful that can be, and hope she does well going forward and is ok!

Good items great price wonderful customer service.

Usually great deals but they sold me cookies /stroopwaffles that were 9 months past their expiry and I had to throw them in the garbage coz they tasted disgusting. My bad for not checking but as a store, they should really be on top of such stuff!! Do they want a lawsuit?!

Good store NOT SO GOOD ON THE MANAGER ASSISTANT ATTITUTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE....My husband And I went to pick up some items from that store and my husband (a Senior) needed the washroom, we are there several times a month and never has been refused the use of the washrooms until today where the associate refuse it...for that reason my husband asked another employee and he did facilitate the washroom to him...at the very same moment, the previous employe came and scolded the Last associate for doing so. the disrespectful associate didn't knew that I was waiting for my husband at the very same isle and could hear the commotion it did cause...suddenly the disrespectful associate came out and my husband behind him...and my husband told him to do something about his attitude and care more for the customer needs, then the disrespectful associate literally said: I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR NEEDS" when I did confront him about his treatment towards the old people he told me...you don't know nothing...I told him I've been here since everything happened and it happens that that senior to whom you disrespect is my husband...And We went to the cashier to ask for the manager...surprise

Good selection. Large and clean store. This store is accessible even though it's in the basement; a rarity with Dollarama's.
