The store is very clean, and the selection was awesome! So many different styles to chose from! I was happy with the mask mandate, it made me feel very safe and comfortable. Sam was beyond helpful! Thank you so much!

Went in to choose new glasses a few weeks ago and Sam was extremely helpful and friendly, even when I kept changing my mind and she had to disinfect the ridiculous amount of glasses I tried on! The glasses I ordered came quickly and Sam and the optometrist for both great to get them sized to fit me properly. I definitely recommend this location.

Great selection of frames, however took a month to get my glasses, and even then whem I went to pick up, they literally just hand you them in the case, not even an option to try on, and make sure you can see out of them.

Thank you to both Ken and Sam. Ken was kind and courtesy on the phone when he booked my appointment to check out glasses. Sam helped me pick a few styles. She was honest, and I valued her opinion. She helped me pick a few frames that I likely would never have thought to try on. Very clean location as well.

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses in the past year at Hakim Optical on Highland Road in Kitchener. Sam, who is the manager at this location, has always been professional and helpful in my dealings with her. She was prompt to return my calls and was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with one of my pairs of glasses. Her friendly demeanor makes her very approachable and welcoming. I will continue to do business there and would not hesitate to recommend this location to others.

First time using Hakim and the experience was excellent! Sam recommended a style that I hadn't considered and they couldn't have been more perfect for me. She also recommended frames for sunglasses as I was getting two pairs and I just love them! I highly recommend Hakim on Highland and make sure you get Sam... she's the best!
