The first time visiting this location, the service was horrible, and the lady helping me find shoes seemed clueless on what the store had. Eventually, a young man assisted was helpful, but even his manager was rude and was not very helpful, quickly dismissing me.The recommendation is to work on customer service.

Looking to pick up a new putter, was in the store today for at least half an hour and no one came to see if I needed assistance until I was on my way out. There was a group of 5-6 employees standing around chatting. Will not be coming back.

I was there this week and helped by Riley. If you are new to golf like me I would suggest asking for him. He took the time to make sure I had the right club for me, which in the end was the club I already had. Most people would just try and sell you more. I ended up getting some new clothes and didn't waste money on clubs I didn't need yet. I'll be going back because of him.

In store the team was great, but I called down asking if they had a specific ball so I wouldn't waste my time driving way out of my way to them, and they in fact did not have what I was looking for. Really annoying.

I would like to say we frequently visit the east Calgary Golftown. I have to say the store manager Scott Brodie is always there to greet you with a smile and a hello. He really makes you feel like part of the family. I really hope he gets a pat on the back from the service he always provides. Thank you so much for all your help over the years Scott. I would also like to say that the three girls at the front Karlee, Geri And Jenna are so amazing to deal with also. Such friendly people at this store. George and John at the back are also wonderful to deal with. Keep up the great work. Shout out to all the staff at this location.

Really impressed with this golf towns selection over the south shawnessy one. Way more in stock selection for women's clothes, sets, and clubs. In addition to that, we had excellent customer service from the staff at the till. We were purchasing a set with a virtual mastercard this evening that was complex transaction. The cashier at the till worked really hard to come up with a solution to make the transaction work (multiple gift cards, multiple transactions) and brought the manager to help. Not once did either of them quit or act frustrated, even though it took 40 min to get it done and caused them to work past closing time. Thanks so much.
