Ken helped me when I didn't have very much info about a boat I was gifted. He asked poignant questions to get as much as he could to try to help us get insured. He even escalated to the next level trying to help us. He was able to get back to us very quickly. Thanks for getting us the help and information we needed.

Tarryn Lapointe was helpful & knowledgeable regarding our needs to purchase & transfer an out of province boat & trailer. He also provided information we were required to do on Transport Canada for transfer of boat. He also contacted us to follow up that all our needs were met.

Very friendly and efficient service, was able to drop in and have home insurance renewed with 1 small change. Not sure if it is common to be able to drop in, but the office didn't seem to busy and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
