They provide raw meats and veggies that you pick and choose yourself and add to your bowl with whichever sauces you choose. You then line up and they make it in front of you. When it's busy the line ups and wait can take a while.Overall quality and taste of the food is alright. I think I'd recommend it more for the experience. If you care more about flavour and quality, I'd go somewhere else

I'm a little bit confused by some of the other reviews here. I used to go here all the time with friends and family over a year ago and it was always fantastic. I just visited the other night and the quality has drastically been reduced. The salad bar was horrible and the soup was disgusting. No effort was put into the food. It seems like there has been budget cuts or something else at play because even the selection seems to have degraded. The almost $24 price for the all you can eat is a absolute Joke now because the selection has dwindled to almost nothing. The only positive thing I have to say about the over all experience is that the cook was very nice and I enjoyed waiting for my food to be cooked. Unfortunately I will probably not be returning which is upsetting because this used to be one of my favourite places.

Its a buffet or 1 dish . Got 1 dist and went putting all our veggies and sauces plus spices . But they didn’t had any recipe for vegetarian and you’re own your own . comes with salad and soup . Soup was ok and full of seeds and lentils.

Wonderful, personalized service and good food. My wife cannot have gluten and there were gluten free options - half the dessert!menu is gluten free! Will definitely come back!

This is by far my favourite restaurant! The food is always amazing, and making your own dish and getting to watch them fry it in front of you is a fun and different experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Some positives: I ended up going for the dinner buffet and ended up really liking the food and the service. Everything was freshly prepared in front of me and tasted great. Some of the other reviews on google must be from a while back as none of the food I ate was burnt. Some negatives: Fish portions were so small that they disintegrated upon cooking. The shrimp ended up shrinking to smaller than a pea-size upon cooking. The only reasons for these two points that I could think of are that they are trying to keep costs low by limiting portion size, and also trying to cook the food as fast as possible.Fair warning: There's almost no point in going here if you aren't going for the lunch or dinner buffet, as a single bowl serving is not enough for even a one-time meal. Having said that, prices for the buffet are quite hefty, so expect to pay about twice what you would normally pay for a regular dinner anywhere else in the plaza.Bottom line: My recommendation is to give it a try. It is quite expensive for their portions, but all the food tastes great.

The Mongolian Grill offers two types of dining; order off the menu or buffet style. The buffet style is $24. My experience is based off the buffet. The upholstery at this location is dated and needs a make over. The salad and soup stations were unappealing, so I skipped those. How it works at MG is you pick your meats, vegetables, spices, and sauces. Everything is raw, do keep that in mind. There are suggestions posted to help you create meals, but ultimately, you can create and combine whatever and however. Once you gathered the ingredients you bring it over to the chefs and they cook it in front of you. For $24, I'd say it is a bit pricey for the current selection. Rice and taco wraps are complementary should you choose to go with the buffet route. The wraps were fine, but the rice was overcooked. No issues with the staff as they were wonderful and friendly. Mongolian Grill was a unique experience; however, it was marred by weak offerings.
