OMG! Can we please have a Smile Squad for adults!!! My daughter was in yesterday and I can not say enough amazing things about this awesome kids fun dental practice. Movies, chalk board and play area! I love that my daughter can't wait to come back. Best dental team ever!

My daughter (2 years old) had her first visit to SmileSquad today!! Let’s just say it was a 20/10 experience! With it being her first time, I was a little nervous but SmileSquad showed such professionalism and ease with ensuring our experience was a positive one. Dr. Sandra looked after my daughter today and she did such an amazing job with helping her feel comfortable. SmileSquad really takes pride in making each child’s experience an enjoyable one!Sincerely, a happy mama☺️

My son enjoyed so much the 2 visits, all dentists and assistants are very professional and loving with the kids. Even the front desk crew are just loving and caring! I really recommend Smile Squad kids Dental to everyone!

We’ve been coming to Smile Squad since our daughter was a week old. Dr Lori is phenomenal, she released her tongue tie and has seen her regularly for cleanings/dental visits for the past two and a half years. This place is truly made for children and is a great way to associate the dentist and oral health with a positive kid-friendly experience. Prizes after each visit, choosing a new toothbrush (we picked Frozen), fun flavours, getting stickers and using the indoor playground are my daughter’s favourite parts of going to Smile Squad. She’s so excited for all the good things that she happily sits through a whole cleaning and watches her favourite show while it gets done. We drive halfway across town to come here and it’s worth every km. Absolutely the best paediatric dentist!

If there was a zero rating, I would give it. I am BEYOND ANGRY at Smile Squad with their treatment of my 3 year old son. He had a few cavities, which they only filled some of. They advised that the last one wasn't big and they would monitor. We asked for a December visit because I was noticing the cavity was getting dark. They hands down refused and said it was fine, that they just saw it, and to come in for the next scheduled appointment a few months later. When we came for that appointment, the cavity was much bigger, and they advised that now we needed to put a crown on it because it couldn't be filled. They booked that appointment for another month down the line, when we came back, they said the tooth was infected and needed to be removed altogether. BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE my 3 year old is now without a core molar until his permanent teeth come in in a good 10 years. HOW is this place still in operation?! I am putting forward a complaint to RCDSO because this is clearly malpractice. All the fancy equipment and shiny toys do not replace a proper standard of care, which we absolutely did not receive.

This place is amazing. Book your kids dental appointments here. If the prize wall gumball machines (that the staff provides quarters for), the beautiful and cheerful aesthetic and the climbing structure were not enough, the hygienists and the dentists are so sweet, caring and really child focused in their manner. My 3 year old son was calm and happy throughout his cleaning and checkup.

Excellent service. The best dentistry for kids. They have a small play place in the waiting area. My son is very difficult when it comes to checking his teeth or his mouth. My son had a bad experience at another dentist and was very nervous for his appointment. He had the best dentist experience, cooperated with the help of the wonderful dentist assistant and got his exam done well. Highly recommend !

My child had his dentist appointment at Smile Squad today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made my child feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The dentist was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facilities were clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was very positive and appealing. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great dental experience for their children!

This was our second visit to the Leaside location. Our first was a year ago when our baby girl was just 2 weeks old for a lip and tongue tie revision and then today we were there for her first dental check up. Both times were a fantastic experience. The staff are amazing, kind and definitely love working with children. We love the little welcome sign with our child’s name on it. Today when our baby cried during the check up, Dr. Sabrina and Rita sang to her to help calm her down. Would definitely recommend!
