I was calling all over town to get my van looked at due to what appeared to be a transmission fluid leak. After being told by other shops it would take days or weeks to get it inspected Boris the owner very kindly took my van in on very short notice. He found it was the power steering hose and called to let me know. He had my van fixed in less than 24 hrs. I cannot say how impressed I am with the service. This place is old school A1 customer service. If you need a quick fix for your car ask for Boris and tell him Ed sent you.

I had an appointment to get my transmission fluid changed this morning. The owner Boris and Ron came out and explained that my fluid is fine and doesn't need to be changed. They could have just done it and made their money. I wouldn't have known any better. In my opinion, this is an honest and upstanding business!! I would recommend anybody to use their services worry free!!!

I give 5 star for quality workmanship and honesty about work needed. But only 4 stars for communication, id phone for updates and Borris was hard to get hold of, I understand he's very busy and not available. However I never got a call back.. and any information I did receive was vague and not much help.

I took my vehicle to Dot Transmission because they specialize in transmission work and because they have great reviews. They said it was gonna cost about $1000 to work on it and it might not even fix the problem but they will go from there. I refused because I wasn't going to pay for something that might not fix the problem." When my brother picked up the key they charged him $120 just for looking at the car. For $120 they could've at least put the oil back that they drained out."

Boris and Sandra were both a pleasure to work with! Both such kind people, Boris is also very knowledgeable and such an honest soul. As someone who doesn’t know too much about cars I trusted that he would repair everything properly and for a fair price. Very happy I was referred here for my transmission!
