I bought a soft velvet recliner from MoonVella on December 28th, 2021. I was very excited to have my product at home and, after some delays, I got it delivered.However, the velvet fabric came with scratches and the neck rest was loose - probably as a consequence of non-proper transportation (pics). Unfortunately, after reaching out the customer service to report the situation, I got no response or feedback from the company, which is disappointing.I hope other customers have better luck in their shop experience with MoonVella.

I had an interaction with this company for one of the products i purchased,I can express how satisfied I was with their approach,How customer centric they are and how much they care about their customers.A company based in Canada who really know what customer satisfaction is and you can feel the honesty in their communication.Their instructions are cleat as well.Very easy to deal with.
