TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Hasnain Mir was so helpful getting my sister her first credit card. He was able to answer every question we had and made it a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend to come again!

I have dealt with most of the big 5 banks and I have to say hands down TD has been the best to deal with. I owe this experience to two very professional and highly dedicated individuals, namely, Praneet and Momina. They always go over and above with their service and professionalism, and really dedicate themselves to their clients interests! Highly recommend this branch.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Teller wouldn’t even listen to me when I tried to explain a problem I have with my banking. I don’t know what your screening process is but get competent people working here

Recently started to go to this branch location to do some banking on behalf of my mother whose home branch is in Mississauga. Although the lines are long, they tend to move fairly quickly and so far I have been given great customer service. The tellers are friendly and complete my transactions with no issues.

Went in on March 31st to meet with bank rep on a pre planned appointment about an investment account. All went well then we discussed my current mortgage, she said she would call me back once she has an approved rate. Since then I have emailed twice to follow up but as of April 20th I have received no response or promised call back.At least someone should monitor the emails and reps should be properly trained to follow up with clients. It left a bad experience.

One of the top 5 banks of Canada, TD offers a lot of services to its customers starting for all the different banking segments. A must visit for all your banking needs.

Very good service bank was not too bussy tellers were there at every desk not like other TD branches.

This branch used to be one of the best few years ago.The past 2 years been very bad and continues to provide bad service, especially the tellers!What happened to the old crew ? Tellers used to be professionals few years ago.Its bunch of clowns behind the desk, acting cool" and act like thugs

Very busy bank and sometimes I avoid just because it's too much of a hassle to find parking.I would have given 3 stars because they are usually just good but I'll always remember years ago when I had some bank issues while on vacation & the manager compensated me for my loss on the cell phone bill having to call them multiple times but the phone team were unsuccessful at resolving.The only negative interaction I had was with their advisor who booked an appointment with me to come in & discuss savings plans. She didn't mention that these were Mutual Funds which I have been very open with them before that I'm against doing with a bank. I rather invest outside of a bank. Must have been her sales tactic to get me to sign up until I luckily saw the word 'mutual' on one of the documents she was presenting. Bolted out of their upset that they wasted my time when they should have known my banking preferences.However still a good bank.
