Excellent alterations/dry cleaning services. My daughter’s grad dress needed major adjustments and the results were not only stunning but also done in a matter of a few days. But I knew that would happen after years of using their regular services. Thank you for your kindness, attention and mastery.

I took in two pants to be hemmed and two jackets that needed zipper replacing. Yes, my pants were hemmed to satisfaction and the price was good.But the first time I wear my jacket of course the zipper busts. It was a cheap dinky zipper so I didn’t suspect much less. What really got to me was that when I went back to the store to figure out some reconciliation, the store owner had no answers for me. She said she could fix it. Well I trust fixing it will not do anything different. I asked for a refund or even a credit. She said no. I would have appreciated a little more sympathy and much better customer service.Five Star Cleaners? Not so much.

I took in several pairs of pants to be hemmed and one pair to be taken in at the waist. The prices were great and the results were perfect. The lady working there was very quick, so I wasn't waiting forever for the measuring, and the pants were all ready in two days for pick up. The pants to be taken in have a wide elastic waist, so I was concerned about them being taken in, but they did a fantastic job! They fit perfectly and are as comfortable now as when I brought them in (I have had scratchy" alterations in the past). I would definitely recommend if you are looking for alterations."

Definitely a five star experience, friendly staff and awesome service. Salvaged an expensive work jacket by repairing the zipper for me with a much more durable metal replacement model. Thanks!

Poor service and can't depend on the return date they provide for dry cleaning. They gave me a date for pickup and had to go in three times to get all my stuff .. kept telling it was ready. Why not call me if that is the case? Why waste my time?

FYI.. Five Star Dry Cleaning and Alteration 1345 King St E Oshawa, ON L1H 1J3 Townline and King Plaza, are a bunch of THIEVES. I brought in a dress jacket to get dry cleaned awhile ago. Haven’t had a need to wear it for months, I went to a function on Saturday. Took the jacket out of the dry-cleaning plastic, the jacket wasn’t mine, wrong make, wrong colour and wrong size. Went to talk to them today politely, had the dry-cleaning receipt, the dry-cleaning tag, the receipt from Moore’s clothing. The owner was ignorant, rude, smelled, he wouldn’t do anything, replace the jacket, nothing. After doing some online research I guess this happens allot there. I would avoid it, bunch of Five Star THEIVES!!!!!

They pro.ised to have my pants cleaned by weds, Thursday 10am at the latest, went in Thursday afternoon and was told come back Friday at 10 and they made up lies about how their were stains and how it was taking longer but that they never promised thurs by 10am, the pants weren't stained as they had never been worn. Your clothes come back smelling bad. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!,after reading other reviews I wish I had just gone elsewhere

Would give 0 stars if I could! Brought in a dress to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up I was given a similar dress but different company. I had the receipts still and was still given horrible service when I approached them about their mistake. Don’t recommend going to these thieves!

This place is the best honest cleaner family business. I had a wedding to go to and was super stressed over the dress that I needed to fix. The bridal alterations shops had a 3 to 4 months waiting and on top of that they are a hwy robbery Style dry were a God sent they altered my dress in no time and did an amazing job for 100% less what the other shops charged. Thank you Dry Style for saving the day every one should use their service I recommend them to everyone

I took a pair of pants to be hemmed on a Thursday. I was told they would be ready any time Monday. I show up Monday morning and they weren’t ready, and was told to come back at a specific time. Went back over an hour past the time that was indicated to me, they still weren’t ready. Had to go back a third time.The sign says $5.99 hemming, same day. Not only were my pants not ready on time, but they were double the price on the sign. So much for same day $5.99 hemming.In addition, they didn’t ring my purchase through any register. I have a high inkling they aren’t paying taxes.
