Fort Rouge Glass Ltd

We recently had a kitchen window insert replaced by Fort Rouge Glass. Previously we had someone else come out and was told that we would need a new window and at cost of about $3,300.00 plus taxes. Darren from Fort Rouge Glass comes out, looks at the window (I had broken the glass LOL) and tells me the window is in great condition, well installed and that all we needed was a new insert at a cost of less than $700.00. Well, that was music to my ears but I will confess that I was a little skeptical. He took the measurements and this past Friday the replacement glass was installed perfectly by Travis. All in all, everything went like clock work. They were professional, prompt and polite and efficient!! I would highly recommend them! They saved me a bundle of money!

Brendan and his team do a great job from inception to install. We have connected with them on all of our projects and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. Our projects can be intricate and very detail intensive, which has not been an issue for FRG. Thanks guys!

We had FRG repair a broken window for us. The whole process was simple and professionally managed from quote to install. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and personable.

One of your staff just went flying down north main through the construction flipping everyone off and swearing and speeding like a maniac. He’s a chubby old man wearing a yellow shirt with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a Ford 5 ton Fort Rouge Glass truck. Not okay.

Great place to deal with! Out of 4 glass places that I asked for custom cut glass this was the only place that responded and in a very timely manner. I will only go to Fort Rouge Glass from now on.

We our so glad we decided to go with FRG. The main reason we decided on FRG was the service given by Katie J Knapp. Katie took time to educate us on our idea for a wine room area and dos and donts, no one else took this time with us, she responded to emails in a timely manner and gave us solutions to ideas not problems and thats why we will stick with FRG on any future projects. Service is hard to come by in this city and Katie is a valuable asset to this company. The installers Ted and Eric were also fantastic. If I was the boss I would give them a pay raise :) Thanks again Katie, Ted and Eric.

I ordered and had installed a large shower glass panel. FRG's price was very competitive and their installation staff were top notch. I am very satisfied with their work.

While this is a little late, considering I got the work done in 2016, I was reminded of how amazing this local company is when I made a call to get an adjustment made.I contacted FRG to make an adjustment as our sliding glass door had moved a bit and we didn't want it scraping the floor.Contacted them.Next morning a call on my cell arranging for the installers to come out.Few hours later, Jeff, who was the original installer of all our glass, shows up.Like a homecoming where we got to catch up on a few things as they made the adjustments needed.Before long the job was done.I decided to add a few more pictures here as all the work done here, was done by FRG.We designed our space and worked with them to make it exactly as we pictured.I added some pictures to show our space as the job that FRG did was amazing.Not only do they exceed expectations on the initial job, but do the same on a return visit.You can't go wrong dealing with Brendan and his crew.Jeff, thanks again for all the work you did and for making this job one I am proud of.

They did a fantastic job! The windows look great and function properly and the crews doing the installation were awesome, friendly and very easy to talk to. We had 5 windows with broken seals where we needed the glass replaced. 4 of them had the white metal grills that they matched perfectly to the rest of the house. My only criticism was we had asked them to quote on all 5 but the first quote only had 4 of the 5 windows (they forgot one) and we didn’t catch it. So when they came to replace the windows they didn’t have the 5th one. So they had to do another quote, another order and another installation when the window finally came in. Just prolonged the processes. But they were very professional and did great work!

Was recommended by a friend to get a glass table cover done here.Emailed them for a quote and they responded same day. Was within the same price as another company I was going to try, but decided to try these folks out.Very happy with turn around time and the glass looks good with a softened edge.
