Andrew Lowrie and his team have handled 3 large projects for us and numerous smaller ones. It included complete renovations to 2 homes. Andrew was extremely creative with respect to design, materials and flow. He delivered all services on time and within budgets. His workmanship was excellent and the project sites were left spotless each day. He and his team were professional and courteous. Most importantly they took extreme pride in their finished products. His reporting made it easy for us to track where our funds were spent. Andrew was helpful in sourcing appliances, tv’s and all material at costs more favourable than we could get them. We highly recommend Andrew and will use him again.

We hired Southview Homes to renovate our unconventional main bathroom that was the victim of an oddly done addition to the original house complete with handy-man special step down. Southview levelled our room, opened the space and provided terrific design ideas based on just a few pictures of styles we like. The process was easy and the results outstanding. They met our timeline and budget - and we didn't have to move out to make it happen. Every day they tidied up after the work and we didn't feel a huge disruption even though it was in the middle of our small house.Not only is the workmanship fantastic but we really appreciated the time and advice that Southview provided. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Southview homes put together a design that made sense for our unfinished basement that increased our home's living space by 30%, plus additional storage. We are really happy with the end result. They were easy to work, helped us make decisions, and then took care of everything. They came in on budget and on time... would definitely use them again for any future work.
