I’ve felt consistently satisfied with the service and value. I have noticed recently the technicians to have a role of trying to sell or “upsell” when here. I feel like if I have a tech coming for a regular check up then I’ve prepaid for a service and I don’t want the awkwardness of a sales call. I appreciate suggestions and answering questions but when you are repeatedly reminded to mention the tech’s name you know it’s for sales incentive.

I had the best service from M&K. Started my day with a service call with Garrett in regards to my 35+ year old furnace. He did his best to find a solution to repair it but unfortunately due to age it wasn't possible. Less than 2hrs after I had a meeting with Jordan who found me the best options for replacing my furnace and AC which was the same age. Shorty after Blaine and Dave were on site for installation which was quick and we had heat in not time. Installation of both furnace and AC was a breeze, job was very clean and they made sure I understood everything including the new thermostat before they left! All the staff was extremely knowledgeable in their own departments, polite and great to work with. I highly recommend M&K, it was a great experience.

We had our boiler service contract and water heater rental with M&K. We sold our home in London last December and notified M&K that it had been sold and who the purchaser was. They changed one charge to the purchaser and not the other. We have contacted M&K and the purchaser several times, but they are still charging our automatic withdrawl for the second item every month. In my last email, I even threatened legal action, but no reply. We finally had to pay the bank to put a stop payment on them. These people are totally impossible to deal with and I recommend everyone avoid them like the plague!

Out with the old and in with the new.M & K heating and air conditioning you have made me a happy man. The quality of service this business offers is top notch. The technicians are very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, they were such a fantastic duo. They put up with my constant banter and fully walked me through the in and outs of my new equipment. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Old AC unit was 30 years old and still kicking, but leaking and not as efficient as current products on the market so decided to get it replaced.

Nicole did a great job.It would be helpful to her and any other tech to know that we need a specific size filter for our units when they set out for the day so that they don’t have to return to the shop to get one. There seems to be a communication issue. Nicole did a great job and the person who set up the appointment was very helpful and responsive.

Every part of the service we received was exceptional. Teresa from customer service was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. She offered us a wonderful deal that we accepted quickly. Our service was done the very next day. Our duct cleaning specialists, Eddie and Matt, were friendly and easy going. They were extremely thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied with the service. Then the technician, Nate, was equally friendly and knowledgeable and was very professional. I will use this service again in the future and will recommend to anyone who asks! Thank you M&K!

I could not be happier with the service I got from M&K! I contacted them online on a Tuesday morning, got a call Tuesday afternoon, had their home comfort specialist Jordan come by Tuesday evening (during a Leafs playoff game no less), and had Dan, Chris & Blaine here all day Wednesday installing my new ductless air conditioning system. So quick, so efficient, so professional... Everything was explained to me every step of the way, no hidden fees, no upselling... Asked what I needed, what I could afford, and worked with me to get what would work for me best. Honestly, I can't rave enough about all of the people at M&K. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who asked. Again, Dan, Chris, Blaine & Jordan are fantastic! Above and beyond!

I have been dealing with an ancient boiler system and the highly recommended technician for this work was actually Lorne, the Operations Supervisor. He immediately assessed the issues and offered solutions. Lorne was extremely knowledgeable, customer-oriented and efficient! 5 stars does not do him justice.
