I have been here several times over the last couple of years, even brought a friend visiting from the UK who exclaimed the shellac manicure and pedicure was the best she's had. I really like it here, I'm sad to see others have had bad experience.. I have not (touch wood) had the same negative experience and would recommend Seymour nails for manicure and pedicure.

Called this place just simply to ask if they can fix my one broken nail the lady was sooooo rude .. she said did you do here ??? Which I said no it was done somewhere else .. and she rudely said nope we don’t fix unless you do here . I’ve personally never had any issues having a salon fix a random broken nail .. but ok .. well this is def no way to make anyone wanna go here anyways .

literally do not come here. terrible customer service and i’m still shocked. came here with a friend to get our nails done and every time i moved or asked them to shape it better as they weren’t professional, they proceeded to talk in their own language and stare at me in disgust. every time i made a request they would just be like “again? you say this earlier” and i’ll be like “okay?”. literally got mad at me because i touched my nails after they said it was good. said “i told you not to touch but you don’t listen to me”. can’t do simple designs and barely have any colours to choose from. do not recommend. highly unprofessional. not posting this to make them look bad, but that’s genuinely how i felt

I had an appointment booked for a Deluxe mani pedi with paraffin etc as described in the pamphlet was told my appointment was 15 minutes later so of course I went next door to the wonderful Belmondo for aScone when I returned the woman was not welcoming said nothing until my coat was off the studio was freezing cold there were a couple of “heat” fans on the floor she directed me to pick a nail colour which I did she proceeded to tell me it was the wrong colour fir my fingernails so I looked at her suggestions yuck and said no I’ll stick with pink. She pointed to a station where I put my feet into tepid water I said the water is cold she said it is warm. There was no actual foot soak meanwhile my hand was also in cold water. When my hands were done with the water she poured the cold water INTO THE FOOT BATH! Wow! Neither attendant spoke with me the television was as on for a really dumb daytime show in the morning! It was a special occasion for me a day for me that fell flat ...I wanted to jump up and run out of there I said nothing paid for the service and nothing more worst experience ever I’ll never go back.

I treated my daughter to a ManiPedi and it was a cold experience. Not once during the ManiPedi did the 2 women working on her nails speak to her. The price was good deal, it was close by, that's why I took her there and not to my usual place (@Metrotown Mall).After we were outside I noticed that the work was a bit splotchy. We went back in and someone reluctantly touched it up, suggesting that my daughter was laying her hands crooked on the pillow (A pillow was on her lap during the manicure so to be used instead of a countertop)I tipped 20%, I was gracious and I didn't complain.Sometimes a smile, a bit of customer service goes a long way.I observed the same 60 minute silent service given to another customer while we were there.I won't be going back. My 18 year old told me that she felt very uncomfortable there".The interior could use a good cleaning

Do not go here. Horrible customer service, overpriced for the quality you get. My nails started fading at the cuticle two days after my shellac manicure. I sent a photo and email to the owner, she told me to come in. I couldn't get in for a week, and when I did , all 5 staff were talking to me, the owner yelling (I couldn't understand her very well so I asked if I could speak to one of the other English speaking girls) , they just ignored me. She told me their policy is 1 week, yet this started happening after two days. I went in for a fill, and asked for a free colour change ($15), she said no. Such a waste of money, they charge $5 extra for this $10 for that. Go to a spa for what you end up paying at this place.

Bad experience. Went in asking for them to take off my acrylic nails and put gel onto my natural nail. She only 2 took acrylics off. Didn't soak them off either used another extension of a nail to basically pick them off. So I have 2 really short nails as my natural nail snapped underneath as they was pinged off. The gel is all lumpy and misshapen. The lady that done the gel took over from the lady who was trying to take off my acrylics and after she was finished with the gel, called over a colleague and was showing her my nails and talking about them, and not in English so I could tell it was bad. Would never go back there.

DO NOT GO HERE.I went there to get my acrylic nails removed, as i had a medical procedure that required me to get them removed. They didn’t properly remove them and now 2 weeks later I still have chunks of acrylic on my nails. I called and asked if they would remove the rest or If i could get my $25 back. They acted as if they had no idea who i was. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got a set of nails , paid $105Customer service was nice and the ladies were pleasant to chat with. With that being said howeverNot only did it take 2.5 hours butThe nails are crooked, I point off to the side now.Every gem fell off the next day except the tiny stones, their black is blue and the didn't go as far down as they are suppose to cuz 3 days later it looks like I need a fill already. They switched nail artists half way through without asking me and starting teaching someone on my nails.I do not recommend you being your nails done here go somewhere else. Do not waste your money. I know have to go get them redone 3 days after getting them done.

Dont go here! Technicians dont know what they're doing! I went to get my gel nails removed, she removed them with the machine rather than acetone. She filed them so hard my nail bed has been damaged for 2 months. She then argued with me that I should've paid more because it was acrylic (NOT ACRYLIC). She should've paid me for the damage and trauma.
