Absolutely amazing experience! Beyond the friendly welcome from the staff the moment you walk in is the noodles!!! Perfect rice noodles in a variety of broth options (it can feel overwhelming but no worries the attentive staff helps you navigate)! Came in on a particularly hot day and had cold noodles; wow! Bursting with such fresh flavors. Rest of our gang got hot noodles in spicy broth. We were all just so happy we stopped into this gem of a noodle shop. The best!

Yummy. Super wonder eating experience for our first time in Montreal the first time dinner. We would like try different noodles next time. Great restaurant for its friendly service; for its delicious noodles; for its hometown taste; for its comfortable environment, no noise, no crowded, cleaning; for its afford price; for its flexible tip. Beef noodles my number one food. Cannot wait for next time. But for sure, we will be there again soon....

Favourite place for a comforting bowl of noodle soup! Interior design is cool too! I ordered A4 for my appetizer, which was quite good, I wished it was topped with a bit more chili oil. My main dish was B3, and it was amazing! The mala spicy broth is just what you need on a chilly day. I'll definitely be back :)

Delicious food! I came here on the basis of good reviews to try the mala spicy soup.The owner was gracious and made a great suggestion to start with schezwan soup if I am unsure of spice level, and the I was pleasantly surprised with the soup.At level 1 it was flavourful and with the perfect amount of heat. The portion was huge and I couldn’t finish my soup though I was really hungry and the soup was delicious.Great soup, good price and great atmosphere! Definitely a must try!

This place has the best broth of any soup I've tried yet in Montreal. So rich and tasty! They put a ton of different toppings in as well, and plenty of noodles, so a single bowl is very filling.The seating is mostly benches and booths, which is very comfortable. The staff are very kind and quite attentive.All around a great restaurant! We're looking forward to returning soon.

Clean and surprisingly spacious shop specializing in stone pot rice noodle soup.The staff was so friendly and accommodating even when we arrived 30 min prior to closing time (shocking for a Chinese resto).We LOVED the cold cut chili beef shank (spicy and numbing) and the ultra light crispy salt and pepper popcorn chicken.The soups served piping hot and were very flavourful.Will definitely be back to try more stuff!

Many choices of rice noodle soups! The fish maw&chicken as well as fish&pickled cabbage soups were excellent. Delicious, authentic (rivalling the better eateries in Asia) and generous portions. We will definitely return whenever in Montreal.Service was friendly and efficient.

Came into the restaurant and was seated right by the door so I felt the winter breeze every time the door opened. Then waited about 10 minutes before the waitress realized they didn't provide me a menu, or to check if I was ready to order.Ordered the tempura shrimp and classic rice noodle soup. The tempura shrimp came with cocktail sauce and mayo, rather than tentsuyu. The tempura shrimp were shaped/molded into rectangular prisms which seemed a bit unnatural than following the curvature of shrimp and flakiness of tempura batter. The noodle soup came with a noodle bundle that was undercooked.Food was okay but overall there could be improvement in various areas.
