Contacted Don about my Heat pump not working. He came right over ...same day, checked it over himself. Trouble-shooted the problem, ordered parts in and in 1 week we were up and running. Other company I called took 1month and still no go. I'm using Don & their Ace Technician Brian from now on. They are the BEST. Highly recommend them.

I'm a painter and I worked with these guys at our job site. They are the hardest working dudes I've ever had the honor of working around.

Two months ago , I phoned Jason for a quote on a new heat pump. He dropped over that afternoon and I received a written quote the next day. His price was considerably less than his competitors, I gave him the go ahead and was given an install date. .Two weeks later my heat pump was installed. Jason took the time to go over the operation and day to day settings of our new system. Jason (one of the owners) as well as the other employees were courteous and respectful to us and our home. A week after the install, I received a follow up call from Jason advising me of some rebates that became available. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to quote on any upcoming projects you may have.Thank you Strategic Mechanical

Scott Martin diagnosed the problems with our old non-functioning furnace, ordered and installed the required parts and came quickly to finish the job, even in the middle of a snow storm! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent service. Thanks, Scott.

Recently had Strategic come out and inspect/service my Furnace. Jason was the technician. Jason was on time, very respectful and a great professional. Cant say enough about the service and prompt attention to my request to have my furnace serviced. One of the most impressive Nanaimo based companies I have experienced. Contacted Don and arranged repair on boiler for in-floor heat. Bryan attended and quickly diagnosed problem, arranged for needed parts. Nieves attended next morning working hard all day on the repair. We are very pleased with the efficient and timely service from this company and would highly recommend them.

Excellent outfit to deal with. From the initial phone call by me for advice on mini split heat pumps, to a follow up visit with Don at my residence and to Scott coming out to do the installation. What an awesome company to deal with.
