Lots of equipment, usually very clean and, overall, a welcoming gym experience.I signed up for a personal trainer to help Kickstart my fitness journey. I was paired with Taylor, and he has been extremely helpful! He is very knowledgeable and great at teaching newbies like me about weights. If you're looking for a trainer, Taylor is an excellent choice!

Grant park gym is one of the well maintained gym out of any GoodLife gym I have been to in Winnipeg. It's washrooms and overall floor area is always cleaned and never smelly. Staff is nice and equipmens are well maintaine. Highly recommended

Beginners or advanced lifters could benefit from personal training with Taylor. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients. Whether you’re looking for one session to correct a specific problem you have, or a well-rounded program, you will be hard pressed to find someone who provides this much value for the price.

Went to signup for a membership because my partner told me about a promo. Was ignored by several staff that available, and then was helped by someone that used high pressure sales tactics. Great gym otherwise, but not everyone is interested in being sold things.

We had an extremely POOR experience at Goodlife. I am a member in Alberta and there is an active policy that allows members to bring in a guest for the first time for free. We went to Goodlife and were told conflicting details by the front staff. They asked us to wait for 2 minutes until the sales manager could have a chat with us to decide if he would waive the drop in fee. We waited for more than 20 minutes before getting upset and leaving. The staff did not give a clear timeline of how long we would have to wait. We found out the Sales Manager was sitting right beside us giving a sales pitch. I highly suggest the front staff is better trained on the policies of the company to clear and decisive decision on drop-ins in order to not waist paying members time as we drove 20 minutes out of our way to get there. The policies of the company should be aligned as I am a paying member in AB.

Good gym, great staff but stupid hours.The gym says it’s open till 10 every and “24” but in a hand written sign at the desk it says closes at 8, annoying.

I’ll say definitely I like GoodLife in other areas but never in this area. I purchased my 7 sessions personal training classes in February and no one never tell me I can only get the refund in 10 days, what they say is if you don’t use any sessions I can get my refund anytime. Today the fitness manager called me and I was just discussing this with her, she is the rudest person I ever seen my life she just said it is rules and when I’m talking, she hang out the phone and said goodbye immediately totally ignoring what I said. The other manager is pretty rude as well as I explain the whole thing to her. I have never seen any service who treat customers like this in my whole life. I’ll say I really like GoodLife in other areas but except this one. I hope these d**kh**d managers can know what they are doing, which really ruin my good impression for the good employees. I would rather run 1000 meters in the winter rather tha going to this gym again.

Good location and clean. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to personal trainer, Tyler, for being so helpful, understanding and encouraging!The women's locker room is nice and spacious and there are always lockers available. I appreciate the two private change rooms as well. For anyone wondering, this location has a sauna, multiple individual shower stalls, hair dryers, and massage chairs out on the floor. The only downside is the free-weights area can be quite busy and getting a bench can prove difficult during busier hours. Some may also find their hours of operation less ideal. They are 24/4, not 24/7. Thankfully it doesn't affect me personally, but throwing it out there for whoever may find the info useful.
