If you are debating on taking this class look no further! It was incredible. The teaching was super helpful, very informative and Liz did a great job creating a safe space to learn. There was great hands on teaching and I now feel fully equipped to take on unsafe situations. Highly highly recommend this class!

The team at Safe4Life helped me organize an impactful 2 hour session for a group of ~20 employees. I have received excellent feedback from participants that it was an incredibly informative, engaging, and valuable session to have! Liz was such a spirited and evidently knowledgeable facilitator. She really took the time to listen to the personal safety concerns of the group and tailored her teaching and direction to speak to those points. She was so receptive throughout the whole session to questions and took the time to thoroughly answer, explain, and demonstrate the concepts even with the reduced time window. Ty really got a handful from our group but was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the padded attacker portion. It was so impactful to have the padded attacker portion to really build our confidence in applying what was learned in a real life situation. Several people told me they feel that they could respond better if the worst case scenario ever happened to them and they were so thankful they made the time to participate in the session. Thank you for providing us with such a valuable session that could possibly make the difference between life and death. We will be sure to keep Safe4Life in mind for future workshops with our employees!

I recently took the adult and teen self defence class and I cannot recommend it enough! The class was truly amazing and I left feeling empowered and confident in my own abilities. Liz, our coach, was fantastic. She was warm and inviting and made us feel very comfortable throughout the class. Her knowledge and experience were apparent, and it was clear that we were in good hands.Special shout out to Ty, the padded man we got to beat up. He had so many great tips and tricks to share with us. It was really helpful to have another person there to provide feedback and advice on our techniques. Even when he was getting beat up!The class itself was run very well. Everything was organized and easy to follow. I especially appreciated their amazing website, which made signing up for the class a breeze. Compared to other sites I looked at, this one was head and shoulders above the rest.Overall, I would highly recommend this self defence class to anyone looking to improve their skills and feel more confident in themselves.
