Would never deal with them ever again. Bought a truck and spent about same amount on repairs while salesperson (yves) mentioned that the truck is in excellent condition. Frauds

My review is similar to mike's. We purchased a Mack dump truck from these guys because the vehicle was SPIF compliant as per Ontario's changing laws and regulations on tri-axle dump trucks. We travelled from the GTA to Sudbury in late March to check out the truck, and saw that everything was in order. After much back and forth, we decided to purchase the vehicle and picked it up in June. Upon checking the truck, everything looked ok however since the SPIF axle is not operable from inside the cab, there was no way that we could check the axle's function without a load. When the truck went out to work the first day, the SPIF axle did not lower as it should. Upon closer investigation, it was found that there was freshly cut wires from inside the computer box that self-monitors the axle. This was not there when we saw the truck in late March. We took the truck to Marshall Truck & Trailer Repair who is certified by the ministry to install and configure SPIF axle systems on new trucks before going to customers. They confirmed that the SPIF system was tampered with and the vehicle would need to be re-SPIF'd" costing a hefty $7500. We contacted Global to see if they would be willing to cover 50% since the truck we bought was not the one advertised and clearly not SPIF compliant and of Course they refused. We felt this was a fair request considering the truck was advertised as being SPIF compliant and was clearly a misrepresentation. We spent over $100k for a truck that was not what it was supposed to be. Global should do right by their customers. Luckily we had photos of both before and after seeing the truck that actually later revealed our findings.photo #1 (in winter): This is the first viewing of the truck. Buy a trailer 2019 ABS...suppose to pickup on sunday to go load and start working...finaly mist the week work and spend the week working on the trailer fixing stuff woww never again..

Tried purchasing from this waste of skin...got the runaround on where the truck actually is then wouldn't answer messages.After reading these reviews I am so glad my money is in my pocket still!

Purchased a piece of equipment in “good working order”, only to determine that it was not in working order after I took delivery. Brought it to their attention and they wouldn’t do anything about it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They will sell you equiptment 'in working order' only to find out its going to cost $25,000 to repair it before I even use it. Then yell you there's nothing they can do. Bunch of Grease bags. Especially the sales manages YvesAVOID
