Layzee Acres RV Sales

I really wish I had done my research before buying from this dealer. The number of repairs that had to be done and should have been caught before delivery were unreal. Fortunately they did it as warranty repairs, but seriously, all should have been noticed and fixed as part of the pre-delivery inspection (like, the door wouldn't even lock). They also left the trailer filthy and muddy in the process of doing the warranty service. I trusted and didn't check obvious things such as this (one assumes doors will stay closed and lock). They were 5 stars in terms of pushing the purchase and their eagerness to get my money. It was the exact model I had been searching for but I should have waited even if it meant not camping for a year. They have been unresponsive (dare I say disinterested?) to questions about the unit or advice once it was in my possession. I'll never purchase here again. There are lots of other reputable dealers around.

My Sales Rep Kevin was fantastic and very knowledgeable with the trailers and stock as well as he was great with ensuring all our needs were met as well as ensuring we were properly hydrated in the heat! :-)He was especially great with our young daughters and was great with entertaining them and understanding with parents who have young children and some of the struggles that may come with!He made our sales experience top notch!

Our experience was great. There was very little waiting time and there was lots of trailers to look at. Our sales person Josh was very Helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to balance multiple people searching for a trailer and he was easy to work with. Thanks again for the great experience.

Our experience so far has been excellent Cornel made it a very easy transaction. Whenever we had a question we’d either email or call him, Cornel was extremely prompt on returning our calls or emails and answering any questions or concerns we had. Cornel took the time to explain everything and didn’t make us feel rushed. If he didn’t know the answer he’d find out We have extenuating circumstances in regards to the pick up date however they have been very accommodating and are going to work with us to allow us the time we need. We’re extremely excited to get our new 2023 826MBR Flagstaff Classic couples trailer and look forward to many Adventures to come .

We purchased an RV from Lazee Acres RV Sales at the TO RV show this year.We are very pleased with our camper, it has quite a few upgrades over our old (50 yo) trailer so it took us a while to figure it all out.We had an issue with our fridge handle so I reached out to our sales guy Will and he had us in right away to have it fixed.Last weekend we lost battery backup power so again reached out to Will. He talked me through it by text, even communicating with me on a Sunday, quite impressive! BTW it was only a fuse.Our experience with Lazee Acres RV Sales has been excellent. Thank you Will!

We had a great experience purchasing our used trailer.Kevin was great and full of knowledge for us first timers. Paper work was smooth pick up was easy and the time they took to go over everything was extremely helpful. I will definitely use them again when we upgrade.

The sales was great. The service and PDI was not even done. The was deficiencies that we pointed our that were not addressed and there are several screws that are missing that we can not get. Call Regarding warranty the day after purchase and we're told that they don't have any and should try a third party supplier. Seems like they just want the sale and after that you are on your own.

Our experience with Layzee Acres sales department has been exceptional to date. Will our salesman has been great, always returning my call promptly when I have questions. Very knowledgeable about the new trailer we ordered. Tom was great to talk to as well and placed our order quickly. In hope that the trailer will come in sooner. Looking forward to our new Brinkley.

We bought our first trailer from Josh today who came highly recommended from friends and our experience was just as they said it would be, easy and fun.My husband and I searched every RV website for a couple weeks and settled on two from Layzee Acres, I reached out via email on Canada Day weekend while the store was closed not expecting to hear back until Monday but surprisingly Josh responded and set up our appointment quickly while answering all my questions. We made the 3 hour trip and the trailer we were most excited to see was all ready for us to look at, Josh was just as wonderful to deal with in person as he was through email, very informative, friendly while also giving us space and time to talk and look around freely.Our experience was great!
