Great place to buy steel, guys are friendly to deal with.Only complaint was the long wait time, took 45 minutes to get my order picked and packed.Just beware that they only sell full length/size portions, if you want smaller quantities, you'll need to look elsewhere.

Employee makes you look stupid because i have no idea about the gauges or thickness of metal i want to purchase this employee just laughs and said i dont know what you are talking about.. Then why the hell is he working there then this guy didnt know that i was asking him question about the gauge of the metal i measured in mm then this guy is stupid

WORST SERVICES FROM THE SHIPPER, THE DRIVER BACK IN TO OUR LOADING DOCK BUT THE MATERIALS ARE IN THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK. IT WAS SHIPPED DURING THE LUNCH TIME AND THE DRIVER WANT MY WORKER TO STOP LUNCH ASAP AND HELP HIM DRAG THE MATERIALS OFF THE TRUCK. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 20 FEET LONG 2INCH THICK MATERIALS AND 20 BARS OF THEM. THE DRIVER WAS JUST STANDING THERE NOT HELPING AT ALL AND KEEP PUSHING US TO DRAG FASTER.

Very busy place but still very good service. if you're looking for any metal for home projects this is the place. IMHO, they have the best prices. They will let you in the warehouse and have a look at the metal to find what you're looking for and rough cut it for you. FYI they will not rough cut large pieces like 4x8 sheets

Worst place to order your steel, extremely unprofessional company . Delivery drivers literally drove off when steel was still one end on the truck and one end on the ground on queen street. They called everyone names mentioning their mothers and caused a scene and harassed everyone on site to cover up on their mistake of driving off without checking if stringers were completely off the truck . Nightmare our lawyers are now pursuing this matter. Go anywhere for steel but this place , YOU will regret it !!

The office people are very good people, but the people who works in the back is the worst in the world. Seems like they need to be angry all the time to work in Iron company they can see you waiting for service, but they just told each other, ignoring you totally.
