Needed my prescription, left it a bit late and Jessica was fantastic. She explained to me what I could do, was pleasant and cared. Thank you Jessica, I really appreciate your professionalism and hard work! You made my day.

Had a worst experience ever with the managerI went to buy butter which is on a deal limit for 4 But I was needed more than 4 and ready to pay off deal price but manager (He) came there as I needed help with billing at self checkout and I was told I can only buy 4 not more that I told I know but I’m ready to pay off the deal price but he said I AM MANAGER you Can’t and then he started taking out butter from my bag which is really rude behaviour.

Second worst pharmacy in town. I wish there was a minus 5 stars rating I could give them.My doctor faxed them over my prescriptions that he wanted me to test out for a month, and they told me they would not fill them without me bringing in my current prescription (which costs about $350 for a month) so they could destroy it without any form of reimbursement. So basically if the new pills didn't work out Id be forced into dropping another $350 instead of just being able to fall back on my last prescription. So not wanting to take any personal responsibilty for her own arrogant decision making process she proceeds to tell me she would fax my Doctor to get his permission to let me have my new prescription without destroying my old one". I guess the fact that my Doctor already SENT YOU THE PRESCRIPTION doesn't hold enough clout with this professional pill pusher.Well a week later and they say they never "heard back from him" and STILL would not fill my prescriptions. More like they never sent the fax the first place because they are to busy celebrating their own judgemental

Tell me why is it when you have looked at the same person in the eyes, let's say 3 plus years once or twice a week, they still look at you like your a stranger? Other places greet you by name after a handful of visits. Ever since Loblaws have purchased shoppers, everything has gone completely downhill. Is having no humanity a pre requisite to gain employment here? The pricing on items is laughable & you are lucky to find a sale item in stock. Something as simple as milk. The only one reason I have dealings with this place is the longer hours, that's it. Having a someone with deteriorating health in the family, I may need the pharmacy at odd hours. Dealing with someone who has compassion would sure be nice. Try having cancer for years & slowly having different body parts surgically removed & all the other fun stuff that goes along with it.

Just a shout out to the Ladies in the Pharmacy, I came today straight from the Doctors office to get a prescription for my 2 year old, it was not faxed in yet so she took down all my info so she would be prepared from when the fax came, then asked me to come back in an hour or so. I think she could tell I was distressed for my sick child, and on a super cold day (-15), she ran outside without a jacket as I was leaving the store 10 mins later to tell me the Fax had come from the Doctor's office and it would be ready within 15 minutes. The pharmacy went above and beyond for me here as coming back with a sick toddler an hour or longer later would have been challenging and I really appreciated what she did for me. In the past, I have always found the pharmacy staff to be very understanding.

I will never drop off anymore prescriptions or request any Doctor to have a prescription transferred here again after the lies and behaviour from the team. I will go to any other pharmacy store but not here. I have had better behaviour from other places and those places will be getting my business from now on. They have been told to transfer my prescription as I will not give business to people that lie. I'm not going to just forgive and forget like that, and pretend nothing ever happened. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. If I could rate them lower I would.

Pharmacist here Melissa? is tone-deaf and has little customer service skills. Was re-directed to talk to this pharmacist (from one of the pharmacy assistants who was as very nice and as helpful as she could be until she needed assistance herself as the product wasn’t found on the shelf in an isle where the system said it would be) as I was looking for an antibacterial cleaner for a wound on my dog. (Vet told me it wasn’t necessary to bring dog in unless it got infected - so I was just trying to prevent that) Had to pry to get her to give me a response to my questions, and when there was a response it was in a borderline condescending tone. Didn’t even try to help when I was told they didn’t have what I was looking for. Didn’t offer any suggestions for alternatives even after I asked what other options there are for antibacterial wound cleaners. Was just told there was nothing. Then she just stared blankly at me while I stood in-front of her waiting for her to assist me further to which I just ended up turning around and walking away and said thanks for your help... I was polite the entire interaction, so confused as to why I was treated this way. Worst experience ever to someone who’s just looking for help and trying to take care of their pet. If you’re going to be a pharmacist who’s job description and qualifications literally include assisting, educating, providing professional customer service, timely and positive resolutions to customer needs, I think you should take that more seriously and learn to have some kindness and empathy instead of leaving a customer feeling helpless after they asked for help and explained they were trying to do some basic OTC non-emergent wound care cleaning supplies other than soap. You can’t tell me there wasn’t any OTC antibacterial cleaning solutions available in a pharmacy, but your attitude showed you couldn’t be bothered to help (store was dead btw). If I was just shown a bit of compassion or given any sort of reasonable assistance, guidance or explanation like I normally experience at Shoppers with different Pharmacists, I wouldn’t be here writing this review and would have been content leaving the store empty handed. Do better.
