Everything is fine. I don't have any complaints, just the opposite! I am thrilled, Daniel's technician fixed the leak in the goodman water heater in 15 minutes. The work was done to the highest standard! I recommend the HVAC Service!

It was great to move to the city, but my new water heater wasn't working. When I called HVAC Service Solutions for help, they said they would send a pro. The next day, Loc came back to talk about the wrong installation. He put everything back in place and told me there would be no more problems. THANKS!

HVAC Service responded very fast and sent their technicians on the same day. They have done an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the services provided by these guys.

I was having issues with my air conditioner at the end of last year. I called the HVAC service to come and perform maintenance in early May to try and avoid the rush on air conditioner maintenance. The technician showed up, took a look, and said everything looked good.The first heat wave of the year came and my air conditioner was not working within a few hours of running for the first time this year. I called to have the technician come back. I was told that after 2 weeks the warranty on the maintenance visit had expired. It had been 2.5 weeks.I guess the lesson here is don’t call too early before the first heat wave and don’t call the HVAC service unless you just want to be charged for the maintenance visit and no repairs

We find HVAC service to be way more efficient than our previous service company. We do a lot of research before selecting a contractor, and our comfort means a lot. We worked with Daniel - he is a reliable and skilled serviceman. Would recommend.

UPDATE: They came back with an apology and offered a decent service. Turns out that there was a gap in the valve which I did not notice earlier and the flood could have been much more of an issue if it happened when no one was at home.I had a small issue with my heating and tried to fix it by myself, but ended up making it worse as I don't have the right tools at home. So my friend suggested this HVAC service, and I was super happy bc I thought It would be a quick appointment. But no! The tech guy was late, he looked like he was in a hurry and ended up flooding my basement! Not much but enough to destroy my weekend. I am not happy at all!
