We celebrated my son’s birthday on Saturday with their private party package. The kids had a blast, Rob was beyond accommodating & kind. Space was clean, well set up. He set up a table for our food/cake. Highly recommend for a birthday party!

I brought my dead Gottlieb's Big Hit pinball machine with so many problems to Rob, he found a way to fix everything and bring it back to life for a reasonable price. Now it's like playing a new 45 year old pinball machine and loving it because ever since I was a young boy, I've played the silver ball.

Very enjoyable space to shoot some pinball amongst people who dig it and great tunes to boot. Every so often they rotate the machines there is always something different to play amongst what is already a nice selection. Easy and very affordable way to spend a Friday evening !

Rob is an awesome technician.He repaired my Congo board quickly and made it like new. Fairly priced and good service. I’ll be back!

they now have a shop in Montreal - this is fantastic - 923 Av Girouard, Montréal, QC H4A 3B9 - I had a dead flipper on my Robocop machine so I took photos of the coil and the flipper board and went to the shop. Spoke with Robert at the shop and after reviewing the images that I took told me to bring in the flipper board - went back and got it - tested it on the spot and found a short - he gave me a loaner flipper board to take home and install on my machine so that I can enjoy my game while my board was repaired ( I thought that this was amazing that someone would actually do that !) . Flipper board was repaired in about an hour since broken part was in stock - Repair cost was very reasonable. Glad that I now have a shop to go to if I ever need to have my machine repaired.

It's great to see pinball service expanding. I've had some servicing from a great board tech in the business. Rob specializes in Gottlieb boards as well as the other manufacturers. I'm glad he joined Mike from Pinball Medics in Ottawa now with a great parts store and service.

I have the shadow pinball machine and Rob helped out big time. The DMD board burnt-out and he diagnosed it .Thanks a bunch .The machine is working great.John from Cornwall

Had my son's 8th birthday here today and OMG THE BEST!!!! The owner Rob could not be more helpful and the kids (of all ages) had an amazing time! Honestly I want to have all my celebrations there, couldn't have asked for a better day! Thank you Rob!
