Outstanding Company - Over 33 years ago I was very fortunate to have found Platinum Windows & Doors to install truly great products that stood the test of time until a fire next door affected my home. Once again I called on Jim and Maggie from Platinum Windows & Doors to help reinstall new windows, storm doors and doors. Jim and Maggie went above and beyond to provide the absolute best Customer Service ever-THANK YOU both!! They were always ready to assist in any way possible. Their product selections and quality are superb! They have many wonderful new products and I knew without a doubt the best quality and warranties come from Platinum. I know everything will last for many many years to come. It is without a doubt the best money spent in having Platinum provide all my window and door needs. Special thanks to Miro for his outstanding workmanship with the installation process! This is such an amazing family run business that deserves high praise for their wonderful professional and also very compassionate approach in helping me during this process caused by a very traumatic event - fire next door that affected my entire family. This company ruined my house! They took out a window and installed a sliding door and closed in a door. In doing so they took out my exterior back wall. When they rebuilt the wall, it was off 2 inches from the east to west side of the house. Now my entire kitchen looks slanted. When I got my back wall siding redone, they couldn’t use trim because the sliding door is slanted. This is the worst company to install a sliding door. On top of that it was the highest quote I received.

These guys are amazing! Great company in all respects! I'd recommend them to my own grandmother. I wish more windiw and door companies were like these guys! Gus is a real good guy who knows how to take care of clientele.

I set up an appointment with Jim George to see about replacing our front and screen doors. Upon arrival and inspection, he commented that we didn't need any new door; both our front and screen door were fine as they were. So even though we did not directly use his service, I appreciated his honesty and integrity, as this is very hard to come by when dealing with sales people. He was very personable and should I require any services in the future, I would go to him. Thanks Jim!!

I had several windows installed by Platinum Windows and am quite pleased with the job. Jim George (salesman) and Maggie (office) were a pleasure to deal with. Dejean (installer) was pleasant and professional. I've already recommended their service to my neighbours.

Great and reliable service! This is my go to company whenever I have an issue with a lock or need a repair done to a door. They are very knowledgeable!

I replaced all the windows in my home in 2018 with triple pane windows from Platinum that came with a limited lifetime warranty. I started to notice that 4 of the windows were starting to fail and would be full of condensation and ice was starting to form. Also I realized when I opened my california shutters there was a huge amount of mould on the bottom of the windows (see pictures). I contacted Platinum in Dec 2021 with my concerns as some of the windows are in my childrens rooms and they first told me that this was normal condensation and the windows were acting properly (from the pictures you can see that windows should not be like this). I contacted them again asking for them to be checked and they said that the manufacturer will charge $200 to come visit if it wasn’t a valid problem with the windows. After some back and forth they agreed to have someone come take a look at them from their company free of charge. My appointment was to be in January, they cancelled because of weather, they rescheduled for February, they cancelled because their employee had covid, they rescheduled for March 1, they cancelled because they told me the service technician was running behind and would call back and re-schedule (they still havent). I decided that was enough dealing with them and I will have a separate company look at them at my own expense. Its not worth the unreliability of this company.The process of ordering and getting the windows installed was fine but dealing with them after is so unprofessional and it looks like they have an inferior product.I would stay far away from them if you are looking for new windows.I hope this review helps others and its nothing against the company but its an honest assessment of my experience and you can see from the pictures what I am dealing with.
