I highly recommend this place, They diagnosed my car and told me the exact issue. They haven't charged anything extra apart from the the spare part.Gena was so kind and helpful, Hope to do future services with them.

They were fantastic to us. We broke down on a long road trip and they had us back on the road the same day. They were very transparent with the cost and their front desk person was extremely knowledgable and friendly.

Over and over, the crew at T & H have come to our rescue and provided service over and above expectation. Sometimes we will be scheduled and they are very accommodating as to times for drop off and pick up. Sometimes we have had to pop in unannounced and they go out of their way to take care of us as quickly and efficiently as they can. We are so happy with the service that we get from them. Absolutely great place. I really believe they are the kind of company that puts a premium on customer service. Gena at the front desk was very very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I have two close personal friends that have also had a great experience there. One of them has been bringing his vehicle there for over 3 years . They will not try to sell you anything you don't need. And that's really nice to know.

I work at an engineering office where we certify truck and heavy hauler frames and suspension for Highland Valley Copper and many other heavy industrial clients so once I heard the pitch I knew I made a mistake picking them....and the driveshaft falling out after only 6-8 months is the proof.I went to this location to have my driveshaft steady bearing replaced due to noise and vibration. I checked it myself and it was pretty bad, worn and loose, but I didn't have time to do it myself. They changed it but when I picked it up it still had a bad vibration so I took it back immediately. Turns out they missed one of the u-joint cup retainer clips. So I took it home and found the vibration was better but still there. I talked to someone on the phone and they stated that I needed new leaf springs because the suspension was sagging/soft. Pretty funny since a sagged suspension will actually make the drive shaft flatter with less stress on the u-joints. This location is partnered with Dragos spring and suspension, so the fix is a sales pitch?? One of the most horrible examples of incompetence/sales pitching I have encountered.Recently the driveshaft fell out while driving (I'm guessing it's been 6-8 months since they did the work) at 100kms/hr. Luckily I knew what to do and all is well (except the driveshaft which is being rebuilt now).Their incompetence and whole sales pitch on fixing my driveshaft vibration with new suspension is so bad I didn't even call them to address the problem, driveshaft vibration and suspension are not exclusively interrelated. Specifically since my truck is an exactly stock 2-wheel drive with a tiny low horsepower 4 cylinder. The center spline is in excellent shape and the u-joints were less than a year old at the time. I inspected the driveshaft after it fell out and there is an old dent in it. This should have been a red flag for any first year apprentice mechanic to have it balanced and checked. Simple, I shouldn't have trusted them and I should have just pulled it after they touched it.Lot's of business in Kamloops so this review might not affect them but if they give you a sales pitch for springs go to another shop IMMEDIATELY for a second opinion and if you don't want your vehicle parts to come off while driving STAY AWAY!!
