Overall good experience. Customer service could be improved. Good shopping experience, myriad of collection. Especially clothings, home decor and kitchenwares. Furniture section is little small. Prices are affordable. Parking is not that big.

This is a great way to reuse products & keep them out of the landfill. I like to collect belt buckles so I was thrilled to have found this little beauty the other day. It's entertaining because it's a treasure hunt every time.

Finally, a second hand store that doesn't stink. Picked up some good deals today; jewellery, a vintage cut glass vase, ankle boots and long willow sticks for urns. All for less than $25.

Great deals! Excellent customer service. Far superiour to Value Village where I will never go again! They can play with their self check outs by themselves. We, customers, don't work for them and have better things to do. Also, Goodwill has no tax unlike the Value Village. So, my advice to fellow shoppers in Stratford. If you want to be treated like a valued customer and save money on the tax: Go to Goodwill. Do not go to Value Village. They are across from each other. Hope this helps someone to avoid a negative shopping experience and ruin their day.
