Service Mgr & advisor are personable, great to deal with. There always seems to be issues with the techs though. Tire air pressures incorrectly set (alarms kicking in within a km), multiple visits to address minor issues, insistence of unnecessary replacement of parts. Anyhow the rest of the troop seems great.

Decided to take the drive from Ottawa to Cornwall to service my GLC (still under warranty) and let me share with you it was worth the drive. Making an appointment was efficient and fast (within three days) and the full maintenance was done under 1.5 hr. Great service, great price, I will return. A big thank you to Rob, service manager.
