Very fast service. Requested to have a dryer fixed and they were able to put me down for the same week. Customer service was fast and simple, I wasn't asked more than what the serial number, model and what's wrong with the system. Very much recommended.

Appointment for service made very quickly. Colin and Brandon called to inform me of the exact arrival time.An easy to follow explanation of our refrigerator issue was given. A prompt follow up call to schedule a pick up and loaner was much appreciated. I will recommend this company highly!

Sold me a part for FIFTEEN times more than Amazon was charging. EXACT same part number and brand. This is the reason local part stores are dying. I will be advising all friends and family to avoid this option.Retort:The part in question was available from several online retailers for a fraction of the price. No record was given because I paid cash. It was so overpriced I almost didn't have enough cash on me, and I brought enough to buy several units.

Unloaded me early and in 20 mins. Also strapped my 3rd stop’s load which was nice of them. Plenty of room to back in too.

We initially purchased a replacement element for our dryer from Silica and then returned to the parts store to purchase a fuse. While picking up the second part, Pat asked us to describe what was going on with the dryer. He was able to diagnose what might be going wrong. He took the time to print out a diagram of our dryer and even show us on a screen the area that wasn’t connecting correctly. We came home, changed out the pieces, and our dryer runs and dries better than it has for quite a long time! I can confidently say that customer service like this is rare in this day and age, and we are extremely grateful that Pat took the interest and time to help us repair our dryer. It was a blessing to our family, and we would gladly buy appliances from Silica again in the future.

Really went out of there way to help me trouble shoot repairs on my stove. I was able to save it for now. All my new appliance purchases will only be from Silica

Great service beats price. Though they did not have the oven bake element we desperately needed on Christmas Eve, they helped me find a store that did. What's a few bucks more to have some one there to save Christmas at home or any other appliance crisis?
