Left my pants there for an extra 6 days after I was meant to pick them up, but when I did they still haven’t been touched. Almost a full week after being told they’d be ready. Complete waste of my time.

I was suppose to receive my alterations on a few summer clothes in June as I dropped it off in May, when I went to receive it it wasn’t done at all. Now it’s almost September ns I haven’t heard anything not even a phone call on the progress, very poor service. I won’t be going back I don’t even know if I’ll pick up my clothes now as I feel completely ignored.
