Worst place I've ever worked at! Do not apply here or rely on these people to monitor your sites! I was a supervisor there for almost a year and it is not a good place to work, people get fired for nothing and they treat you like you're in the military. They mistreat people and are clearly more focused on their money and business than their employees. I started when there was only 2 monitors and i left the company when there was about 15 monitors. I worked very hard and put in extra hours to help out the company and they promised me a career with good pay but the moment they had a chance to demote me they did! the same way they fired other good and hard working people. There was an incident when myself and another manager did not call Police right away during an incident but they totally pinned everything on me so they demoted me from the supervisor position. The other manager wasn't demoted because he was best friends with the owner.They make promises to their employees that they can't keep. Crazy part was that when i left he company they offered me the supervisor position again at lower pay and they admitted to me that they didn't know what they were doing at the time because there was no structure. I obviously declined and left.There pay was not good anyways and you are asked to work brutal shifts such as four 12hr shifts back to back at times. Human resources is the owners wife so nobody felt comfortable speaking to the owners wife over employee concerns. VERY High turn over rate which makes the risk higher when your relying on new employees to monitor valuable property. They are very dishonest people with employees and their clients. They always try to downplay incidents or are not completely truthful with their clients when misses happen. The owners and management would also listen and watch their employees on their indoor cameras, which is against the law but they did anyways. Management is not good. I would not recommend anyone to work here or do business with them. The technology is pretty good but the company/owners and management are not worth working for.

The monitoring operators and the management in the monitoring department are abysmal.

Great to work with and they actually deter theft. Definitely suggest using them. They seem to be the only real live monitored system on the market. Their competition is all alert based and falsely advertise as live monitoring.
