Spent 45 minutes trying to set up a claim. Was sent around the mulberry bush so many times. Same questions each tome just to be sent back to square 1What i want is to be able to send my product in for repair that store says they can not fix. Now im informed i only bought walkup warranty. What is that all about. One very unhappy customer . Bestbuy geek squad says call 1800… and 1800 says call store!!!!

Do not pay for protection plan, it’s all a scam. Then make you pay a monthly fee then when your product breaks you still have to pay for the repairs.

Went to Geeksquad to get a screen protector put on my new phone. When it was finally finished it was off center and visibly has bits of dust and hair under it. I'm going to peel it off, order a new one off Amazon and apply it myself, what a waste of $50.
